Abstract:

The world has entered the time of the knowledge economy, the patent technology, which is irreplaceable, can improve the enterprise market competitiveness and sustainable development. However, because of patent barriers, the room of technology development is decreasing. Therefore, how to make full use of patent technology to innovate is becoming more and more important. The process of innovation design was based on the patent infringement principle and clipping method of TRIZ. Eventually this process which based on TRIZ was formed rationally and effectively which was applied to analysis the robot inspecting the pipeline.
