Inadhesion Property of Aluminum Surfaces with Bionic Morphology

Article Preview

Abstract:

The bionic inadhesion structures have been built on aluminum alloy substrates by the method of pressing based on the bionic reducing adhesion theory. The factors influenced inadhesion property were studied. The microscale morphologies of bionic surface were observed on the stereomicroscope. The adhesion property between aluminum bionic surface and viscous medium were evaluated by measuring adhesive force by the test system of adhesive force.
