Abstract: When test the underwater acoustic in the half-space which the sea-surface separate the free-space to,the conventional technology of PNAH can't be used to locate the underwater sound source.In order to solve the impact of the sea-surface reflection on the underwater acoustic testing,in this paper,use the method of mirror imaging to correct the sound field in the half-space.In this paper,introduce the principles and procedures of the method of mirror imaging to correct the sound field in the half-space.Simulate that make a sound field transformation of the corrected sound field in the half-space by the technology of planar near field acoustic holography in order to reconstruct the sound field of sound source surface.The simulation results show the influence of the sea-surface reflection on locating,and verify the effectiveness that use the method of mirror imaging to solve sea-surface reflection.Works above provide a reference for locating the underwater sound source.

Abstract: In this paper, we develop a new type planar bending flexible joint adopting rubber tube and elastic constraint components. When supplied the air pressure, the joint can elongate in axial direction or bend arbitrarily in the planar. Experiments study on contrast of mechanical character of planar bending flexible joint in different restrained conditions are done on the static experimental device, and the influence of the structure of constraints ring on the elongation and the bending angle of the joint. The experiments show that the deformation of the joint with arc-shaped restraints ring significantly larger than the joint with cylindrical-shaped restraints ring.

Abstract: The numerical simulation of immersion TOFD (I-TOFD) detection for low thicknesses pipe ring weld was performed by Ultrasonic simulation software Wave 3000. The author get the sound field characteristics of diffraction wave through setting eight receivers in receiving area, thus determine the strongest diffraction wave energy range between 50°~60°.In the simulation, the author found that the longitudinal wave inspired by source after refraction in water-steel interface, continue to spread along under the surface of water-steel interface, and then the wave go back to the water again. We call the wave as the lateral wave of I-TOFD. So the defects can be determined according to the lateral wave and the bottom echo wave. The result of numerical simulation verified the feasibility of using I-TOFD method in detecting low thicknesses pipe ring weld in theory.

Finally, it is concluded that Distribution Automation is the inevitable trend of Distribution System,and will be gradually developing in the direction of smart distribution grid.

Abstract: FCM is a fuzzy segmentation based on overall situation, is typically applied in data mining and pattern recognition. In this paper, the segmentation of brain CT is achieved through FCM clustering algorithm in three-dimensional medical image visualization system, the organization in brain CT processed with FCM clustering can be well identified.However, the connectivity of brain organization is severely damaged. In view of this situation, it is proposed that the object in the brain image through clustering be judged by classification of its neighbor domain. The result shows that this method brings a significant improvement in the problem of organization connectivity brought by FCM clustering. Judging the brain image through FCM clustering by classification of its neighbor domain, a brain CT image of better organization integrity and connectivity can be got.

Abstract: Taking the swash plate piston pump as the research plant, the paper introduces the composition of digital control system of variable pump first; Then the mathematical model of variable mechanism is established according to which the closed-loop flow control system and the power control system are worked out. Also, the paper shows the stability margin of the control system and analyzes some response indices to step command under Matlab simulation. Aiming at the shortage of the closed-loop control system, the paper gives an idea of an optimization design of the compound power control system based on both feed-forward and feedback control. Compared with the conventional closed-loop power control method, the compound one gets a 47.2% reduction in the adjusting time and a 38.2% decrease in the overshoot indicating that the adjusting process is obviously shortened and the disturbance effect effectively weakened.

Abstract: Multi-agent system (MAS) contains many intelligent agents, which makes decision for many practical scenarios. However, due to complex decision environment, many data required from sensors are fuzzy. Although a lot of legend solutions address this problem, the decision making result is not very accurate. To solve the problem, we present IFMOD, an algorithm using fuzzy multi-objective decision based on interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy set. The algorithm adopts iteration way to close the precise value. To make IFMOD algorithm effectively, MAS makes hierarchical structure to complete fuzzy decision. In MAS, most intelligent agents may process the data individually, while other higher intelligent agents make a final decision entirely. The experiment shows that, it is effective for MAS to solve the problem of fuzzy decision in distributed networks.

Abstract: Based on the analysis and summarizing domestic and foreign automobile fuel consumption testing instruments, on the basis of common problems and characteristics of the development level and development trend, according to its adoption of advanced sensor technology, car league two model of the RFID system, car league two highway fuel consumption algorithm (FCIV), microcontroller technology and display technology, the development of intelligent car fuel consumption test instrument to test the fuel consumption, etc. Introduces the current development of fuel consumption detection system at home and abroad. Through to the traditional means of traffic information collection, radio frequency identification (RFID) system is real-time, effective, but there are also acquired data in space and the smell of the discrete case, car league two model of the RFID system, the collection of traffic information to classify the sections for the smallest discrete unit using different fuel consumption test method, developed suitable for different test conditions and test function for fuel testing instrument. Based on high speed road vehicle fuel consumption influence factors to complete various types of vehicle traffic condition modeling micro letter car networking development main problems are put forward. According to the specific situation to modify theoretical model, thus improve fuel consumption detection accuracy. Compare car fuel consumption directly the types and characteristics of the measuring method and indirect measuring method, analysis of displacement method, gravity method and carbon balance method, ultrasonic method and method of fuel injection quantity accumulation detection principle, calculation of mathematical model and its application scope and characteristics. Fuel consumption test system theory is feasible; the fuel consumption test is of great significance.
