Abstract: There are some insufficient on the existing heating system of heat transfer oil,such as the heavy pollution, large consumption of electricity, waste of resources, and many hidden danger. through the adoption of automatic calculus intelligent PID temperature control algorithm and the electromagnetic heating mode, the shortage of the original system was improved, and the relevant error was analyzed, and then the overall composition of the system was designed. The the key technology and specific measures of system design were studied.

Abstract: For the design of storagebox control system supplied to fixed customers , this paper presents the designideas that the storage box controlsystem based on fingerprint identification.The core design philosophy is basedon the PC as the core, connecting the fingerprint recognition module and thepower locks array control systems through two com ports. through the smalldatabase system on the PC, it can manage the two moduls effectively.When theuser's fingerprint match, the fingerprint identification module returns to thePC a finger signal,the small datebase will correct the electricity lock of theusers,PC then transmit this signal to MCU,then it starts the appropriateelectricity lock.After a long time operating ,this system can works much stableand reliable.

Abstract: Vehicle height adjustment is one of the main features of automotive air suspension system, which plays a significant role to improve driving stability and fuel economy of the vehicle. However, direct open-loop control can’t achieve the vehicle height control with high precision for undesirable phenomenon of over-charge and over-discharge of the air spring. Therefore, a fuzzy neural network approach was proposed in this paper for designing the vehicle height controller. According to the operational principle of the vehicle height adjustment process, the system mathematical model was established based on vehicle system dynamics and variable mass charge/discharge gas system thermodynamic theory. Then, the fuzzy neural network control laws were designed based on the nonlinear model to maximize the control accuracy. Finally, the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed control algorithm are verified by simulation results.

Abstract: Non-destructive evaluation (NDE) methods are widely accepted for quality control of welding in steel bridges. Recent development of advanced ultrasonic testing technologies enriched the categories of NDE methods used for steel bridges and more importantly these enhanced techniques provided more effective flaw detection and characterization. No guidelines, however, is available in existing bridge welding code for their more widespread applications to bridges. In this study, we overview the state-of-the-art advanced ultrasonic testing technologies in welding inspection. Benefits of the enhanced ultrasonic testing technologies are summarized, aiming to pave the way for deciding methods need for various steel bridge welding inspections.

Abstract: Thispaper studies the method of detecting antibiotic trimethoprim (TMP) in theenvironment water, sewage and tap water with high performance liquidchromatography –diode array detector (HPLC-DAD). The chromatographic conditionis confirmed that: the stationary phase is ODS, the mobile phase is acetonitrileand methanoic acid aqueous solution of 0.1%(12:88), the flow rate is 1.5min·L-1; theinjection volume is 5μL,the chromatographic column temperature is 25°C,DAD detection wavelength is 272nm. The experiment result shows that, the linearlydependent coefficient of external standard curve is 0.996, the detection limitis 0.017 mg·L-1, adding standard recovery ranges from 92.6-140.6 %.

Abstract: Analysis of the features of Mastercam, Solidworks and Vericut software and their respective advantages, Proposed by Solidworks, MastercamX and VERICUT three software are combined as the optimization platform to build the NC machining program integrated modeling, assembly, processing, simulation and Optimization in one. Author take rub a drum processing for an example, in the Solidworks modeling, assembly, in the Mastercam X programming and generate the NC program, through VERICUT for the simulation and optimization of NC program, Examples show the rationality of optimization, avoiding the collision, the production and processing of the interference, the over cut phenomenon, Three software effectively combined, play a very high efficiency, improve the using efficiency of NC machine tool, has the certain reference significance to the actual production.

Abstract: Ultrasonic phased array imaging detection technology combinating the focused beam and array probe movement can get powerful test information. It has been widely used in the steel butt weld detection. For making up the limitations of 2D view, in this paper,we used one-dimensional linear array probe, got 2D slice view data obtained by phased array ultrasonic S-scan, through software programming algorithm to realize 3D reconstruction of steel butt weld typical defects. Experiment shows that it can display more intuitive performance of the defects in space. Revealing a better shape, size and orientation information. Providing a reference for the final evaluation of the defect.

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of the hand module’s online temperature measurement in Nitrile glove production line process, we have developed a set of moving objects or device used for online temperature measurement. The device is mounted infrared temperature sensor, by using PLC-controlled synchronous tracking technology it can track the hand module in the production line, so it can ensure the infrared temperature sensor and hand module synchronously measure its temperature correctly. By using configuration software kingview, we have developed mold temperature monitoring online measurement interface, real-time monitoring of the mold temperature opponents. After analysis of experimental results we concluded that the device work stable, acquisition of temperature reliably, so it has a promotional value.

Abstract: Mud pulse telemetry (MPT) transmits data from borehole to surface during the drilling process. Pressure wave is generated in the drilling channel and is used as carrier of the downhole data. Through numerical simulation, this paper analyzes the bit error rate (BER) of mud pulse telemetry under different signal to noise ratio (SNR) based on on-off keying (OOK) modulation scheme. By observing the effect of waveform error on BER, the allowed variation ranges in signal amplitude and period are obtained.
