Abstract: Since the object model is time-varying and time-delay in the electric boiler temperature control system, Smith Fuzzy PID controller is applied in it. Simulation results in the paper show that the overshoot is reduced by 31.3% compared with the system under Smith PID control and the adjusting time reached a 30% reduction compared with those under Fuzzy PID control with T=380 and τ=110. In order to eliminate the oscillation problem in system when model parameters change, a new Smith Fuzzy PID controller with two degrees of freedom is applied, whose control performance is much better than that of Smith Fuzzy PID.

Abstract: Failure mode analysis formechatronics systems has many problems in real applications in terms of excessivedependency on experience, lack of uniform description and tedious analysis work. In order to increaseits effectiveness, an automatic failure modes analysis framework is constructedand an extended fuzzy cognitive map is used as a reasoning technique toanalysis the effect of the failures. A function-failure correlation model witha standard description is adopted to describe the relationship between failuremodes and functions, so that designers and engineers from different fields cancomprehend and communicate within the same framework. Functional flows andfailure modes are defined as basic concepts in the fuzzy cognitive map, whichprovides an easy way to carry out an automatic cause and effect reasoning.

Abstract: This is design of the plating train operation controlsystem based on PLC.The design includes two aspects: the hardware design andsoftware design. In the hardware design, the electrical control circuit wasdesigned first, and then determine the quantity, type, and distribution ofcomponents, thus complete the hardware design. When to design software, designan overall ladder diagram first, then to design each program one by one.

Abstract: To meeting the special requirements of lower extremity handicaps pants structure, the clothing structure and functions theoretical research and practical design are implemented on appearance , comfort, movement, protection and warmth retention. In pants warmth retention, combination of electronic aided temperature control system and functional clothing is proposed in design. The design improve the warmth satisfaction of current handicap winter pants and comfort.

Abstract: This paper, aiming at infrasound ternate array, adopts time difference of arrival of the sound wave to carry out event location calculation with program implementation to judge the direction of incoming wave of the explosion infrasound event and to estimate the distance of explosion dot at the same time. Through the verification of this algorithm by chemical explosion experiment, the result shows that the location precision is within the range of 2° and the distance estimation precision aiming at actual distance of 1,550m is within the range of 100m. Current technologies mainly adopt ternate array for event orientation and multiple ternate arrays crosswise to complete event location. Compared to the simplest single three-station infrasound location technology, the location method in this paper reaches a higher location precision.

Abstract: The realization of the tip arc radius compensation in NC machining process based on FANUC CNC system were presented in this paper. The reasons on the processing of machining error caused by nose radius were analyzed. The tip bearing of the tool on the rear tool carriage on the NC lathe with FANUC system was introduced. The application of tool nose round radius compensation in NC machining were showed by examples.

Abstract: The paper presents some results of multi-objective optimization for the multilayered membrane-type piezoceramic MEMS based transducers with perforated active PZT and intermediate diaphragms, covered by the protective plates, and a vacuum chamber. An influence of the protective plate elastic and viscous properties, the dimensions and the relative areas of the perforated holes on the sensitivity’s frequency response of the hydrophone was studied for the broadening and equalizes the operating frequency band. We optimize the key design’s parameters using the Pareto approach with the finite element (FE) model of coupled piezoelectric-acoustic problem for the hydrophone.

Abstract: A sensor network is issued in this paper, which is used to monitor the enviroment parameters of greenhouse. Each sensor node of the system, which is composed of sensors and a microchip, could measure temperature, humidity, pH value of soil, air pressure etc. A GPRS module is used to complete data exchanging between remote monitoring platform and the wireless sensor network. This system is an application in agriculture field.

Abstract: in face of urban traffic congestion, the existing trafficcontrol system available today pursues rapid evacuation of vehicles at singleintersection and fails to take into account of the coordination between intersections, resulting in the worsening of urban traffic congestion. In order to solve theurban traffic congestion problem, an adaptive control based on the priority ofthe city path is proposed based on the PageRank priority model, a bettersolution to the traffic congestion of the city. In this strategy, the aim is tominimize the queue length of vehicles in urban road network. The releasepriority of each section is calculated based on the PageRank model. For asingle intersection point of control, the vehicle traffic volume is optimizedby the Maximum Clique Problem theory. The experiment takes 19 intersections inDalian as examples and is carried out on the VISSIM traffic simulation platform. The simulation results show that the adaptive control based on the pathpriority has good effect on reducing urban traffic congestion and evacuating vehicles.
