Abstract:

This is design of the plating train operation controlsystem based on PLC.The design includes two aspects: the hardware design andsoftware design. In the hardware design, the electrical control circuit wasdesigned first, and then determine the quantity, type, and distribution ofcomponents, thus complete the hardware design. When to design software, designan overall ladder diagram first, then to design each program one by one.
