Abstract: This article mainly introduced the design of separator valve dividing hole jig. First choose a reasonable design scheme, and then calculate a set of process scheme, including the positioning scheme of jig, drill jig stepping up scheme, jig dividing and wizard scheme. Put the jig assembly according to certain technical requirements after the corresponding processing, completed the design of drilling jig. Finally, the size and precision of the drill jig are analyzed.

Abstract: Using the orthogonal experiment method, the factors of air source heat pump water heater energy efficiency coefficient (COP) were analyzed. It was determined that the temperature of water influenced the energy efficiency coefficient the most, then the surrounding temperature and the surrounding humidity. Regression equation about the energy efficiency coefficient was obtained and was testified to be of great significance to industrial production.

Abstract: A two-dimensional finite element simulation model of longitudinal welded pipe is established by the nonlinear finite element software ABAQUS. Testing enlargement mould is used for the expanding experiments for the welded pipe under the laboratory condition. The expanding force, ovality and the shape are simulated and measured. Comparing the experimental and the simulated results, the values are fitted well.

Abstract: In order to solve the contact problem of motional cable and plane, a physical model based on thin elastic rod theoryfor motional cable is proposed.The modelanalyzes the contact problem and formulates the constraint equations by using the Lagrange multiplier. The model is solved by the method of nonlinear constrained optimization. And an example of text is given to prove the feasibility of the model and the solution. The result shows that the model and solution can truly represent the deformation characteristics of the cable under smooth plane constraint.

Abstract: The vibration of barrel has considerable influence on accuracy when firing, for obtaining the disciplinarian of barrel vibration, barrel is considered as a cantilever in this paper, on that base, its transverse vibration equation has been established, and forced response can be figured out by using modal analysis method. The vibration characteristics of barrel were numerically simulated for different charge weight, besides, two situations that the barrel with or without gas pressure have been compared. In solving process, the displacement、velocity and acceleration of projectile are real dates. The simulation results indicate that static offset has a great influence on vibration characteristics, with the increasing of the projectile′s initializing speed, the amplitude of the barrel′s vibration is lower without static offset, and the effect of gas pressure can decrease the amplitude of vibration considerably.

Abstract: This article mainly completes Simulation Analysis of Stiffness and Strength for wire bundling machine which design. It primarily uses ADAMS, SolidWorks, ANSYS Workbench series of simulation software to complete the simulation of wire bundling machine lift mechanism, Cleverly combining the advantages of multiple software, improving the efficiency of analysis. Analysis of process is doing dynamics analysis of the lift mechanism, getting force trend during lift mechanism rising by using ADAMS. According to the analysis results, when it adds load that is equivalent to max force, the stiffness and Strength of the lift mechanism meets the requirement, the design model meet the requirements.

Abstract: This paper has designed several creative application of Halftone stippling for the convenience of digital processing. It processes images to gain stippling images with different effects by using AM and FM; it also produces 3D Halftone art based on pits effect and raised effect of Relief; Besides, the paper also analyzes the processing method of stippling with paper-cutting effect and the center point’s homogenization treatment with Voronoi diagram. With easy and simple processing, the methods proposed in this paper can be used widely in such areas as landscape, wall decoration, product design, toy design and so on.
