In this paper , carbon deposition were analyzed from the aspects of microscopic appearance, and it explains the reasons for the formation of carbon deposition.

Abstract: The near-net forging processes for the body of overrunning clutch was studied by adopting the warm upsetting,warm no-flash die forging,cold extrusion and cold coining process。The arrangement of the near-net forging processes,the procedure of the near-net forging process,the choice of forging press,the structures of the punch and the lower die,and the key problem of die design were introduced in detail。The chief advantages of this process include the high surface quality,closer tolerances and qualified inner avity for the body of overrunning clutch without subsequent machining;so it is significantly energy-saving,material-saving,and the economic benefit is remarkable。

Abstract: The "soft start" problem was studied for magnetic coupling in coal mine by experimental method. At first, the starting condition of magnetic coupling was analysed. Aaccording to the load characteristics of conveyor. Secondly, the torque characteristic curve, speed characteristic curve and current starting curve were plotted using the experimental data. From three kinds of characteristic curve we have conclusion that the output torque and output speed is much less than the input torque and input speed, the starting current value with the load was less than the starting current value when directly connected. That means magnetic coupling with the soft start characteristic.

Abstract: Singer PDC cutters of five different cone top diameters are designed and manufactured.On the basis of rock-breaking test with stinger PDC cutters, effects of significant factors on cutting forces are discussed, including cutting angle, cutter shape and rock hardness. The test results show that the stinger PDC cutters have the ability of drilling hard rock.The sharper the stinger PDC cutter is, the stronger the ability of drilling the formation will become.15°is an optimal front rake angle.

Abstract: The world has entered the time of the knowledge economy, the patent technology, which is irreplaceable, can improve the enterprise market competitiveness and sustainable development. However, because of patent barriers, the room of technology development is decreasing. Therefore, how to make full use of patent technology to innovate is becoming more and more important. The process of innovation design was based on the patent infringement principle and clipping method of TRIZ. Eventually this process which based on TRIZ was formed rationally and effectively which was applied to analysis the robot inspecting the pipeline.

Abstract: This paper is aimed to study on the flexural performance of prestressed slab and prestressed composite slab ,in order to provide the reference in engineering.At first,the prestressed slab is loaded under unformly distributed load,and then prestressed plate deflection , crack measurements. According to the phenomenon and data of the test, the mechanical properties of prestressed slab is analyzed. The maximum deflection of prestressed slab satisfy the standard requirements under construction loads.

Abstract: In order to improve the mechanical properties of W-type metallic sealing rings used in aviation engine, using ANSYS finite element to analysis the stress distribution. By analyzing the influence on the stress distribution situation with the different outside arm arc lengths of W-type metallic sealing ring, get the relationship curve between the outer arms arc angles and the stress.

Abstract: The rapid handling device for work-piece is designed to solve the inconvenience of using bolts, nuts and pressing plate combination for clamping work-piece in traditional machining process, which solves the problem of inconvenience and time consumption caused by the can-not-be-moved-freely supporting plate and the pressing plate that may fall off freely as well as the problem of improper positioning caused by work-piece movement. The rapid handling device improves work-piece positioning accuracy and work efficiency.

Abstract: The motion order of thehoisting two-stage hydraulic cylinder will be affected by load. The paperresearches the script development of the AMESim based on python language, putsforward the numerical method of solving the maximum load of the hoistingtwo-stage hydraulic cylinder in the hydraulic system: set the preliminaryvalue, compare the simulation results whether the displacements of thetwo-stage hydraulic cylinder are equal, adopt "the dichotomy" theoryto iterate and in the end seek out the maximum load quickly. And paves a newvenue for predicting the maximum load two-stage hydraulic cylinder canwithstand in the hydraulic system design stage.

Abstract: Owing to high performance of surface compaction, tandem vibratory roller has been used widely today. However,the start- stop dynamic process of vibratory roller has brought some problems that seriously affect the performance and reliability of the vibratory roller. This paper discusses the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic system, does co-simulation of hydraulic system and mechanical system by applying AMEsim and ADAMS, and studies suppression method of the inertial load of walking system. Research of the thesis proves that this method can improve the dynamic quality and reliability.
