Drill Jig Design of Separator Slide Valve Index Hole

Abstract:

This article mainly introduced the design of separator valve dividing hole jig. First choose a reasonable design scheme, and then calculate a set of process scheme, including the positioning scheme of jig, drill jig stepping up scheme, jig dividing and wizard scheme. Put the jig assembly according to certain technical requirements after the corresponding processing, completed the design of drilling jig. Finally, the size and precision of the drill jig are analyzed.
