Design on Book Sorting Device Based on the TRIZ Theory

Abstract:

Dueto the shortage of domestic and foreign books sorting machine, the innovativedesign for the book sorting device is carried out with a small volume, lowcost, high efficiency characteristics by using TRIZ theory. The sorting deviceconsists of lifting platform device and trolley rail unit, and it greatlyreduces the size and cost of production and sorts books into 22x9 categories, soit has larger applications prospect in college library. Research andapplication of TRIZ theory in mechanical product innovation design has a veryimportant theoretical and realistic significance.
