Layout Optimizing of Public Bicycle Stations Based on AHP in Wuhan

Abstract:

The article reports the low utilization ratio condition of Wuhan City’s Bicycle Sharing System (WCBSS), which is caused by the unreasonable layout of urban public bicycle station. In order to alleviating the unsatisfied situation, this article extract the index from the questionnaire query, meanwhile implementing the AHP method by building the judgment matrix to analyze the factors and weights which influence the utilization ratio of the WCBSS station. It’s concluded that by setting up stations around commercial districts and residential districts,an improvement of the usage of bicycles can be achieved .
