Policy Improvement for Ecological Management in China's Industrial Park

Abstract:

Industrial park is a key point for economic progress under the background of realizing ecological civilization development. In the process of industrial park development, ecological management and guidance have important practical significance in changing economic growth mode, promoting green, low carbon and cyclic industry, improving coordination and common development for economy and environment. This paper in-depth analyzes the important role of industrial park and management problems to be solved in terms of current situation. As for the problems, this paper gives the key concerns and practices on the management of industrial park, and then provides feasible safeguard measures for policy adjustment and support to improve the environmental management.

[4] Enhance cooperation In terms of department cooperation, three aspects are suggested to enhance. First one is to extend cooperation ways. The main communication way in industrial park is department meeting or seminar, sodality, training program and many other ways, via which may discuss different topic in different atmospheres, to enhance cooperation between departments, and strengthen understanding among staffs from different departments of their businesses, so as to effectively enhance cooperation among departments. The second is to keep the information exchange smoothly by website, billboard, meeting platform, communication; on the other hand, keep regular information publicity via disclosure of government information system. The third is to make full use of the advantage of offices to coordinate the cooperation among all departments; each performs one's own function, but makes the accomplishment together. References.
