Abstract: As the only water supply area and the main intake area in east route project of south-to-north water diversion, Jiangsu section project occupies a decisive position, its water resources allocation rationality will be count for much to the transferable water quantity of Jiangsu section and the water allocation of northern china. On the basis of investigating and calculating the quantity and location of water users, this paper divides the water users into five types. And then this paper formulated an optimal model for water resources allocation, the aim is to realize the goal of minimum volume of water shortage. On the premise of further perfecting match projects and facilities of each water user, this paper used linprog function to carry on the programming computation and got the optimal water allocation results in the planning year of 2020.

Abstract: The groundwater management information system is based on up-to-date Java web technologies and the architecture of system deployment. The system has been implemented using mature lightweight SSH (Struts, Spring, Hibernate) frameworks, and the physical hardware deployment mode has been thoroughly described. Built upon the solid foundation of J2EE architecture, the groundwater management information system presents some promising features, such as cross-platform, extension-oriented, easy maintenances, loosing couple but strong cohesion component, module reusable, etc.

Abstract: The principle of domestic seawater technology is to replace fresh water by seawater. This paper introduces the features and demonstration scale of domestic seawater technology. Considering the successful seawater toilet-flushing in Hong Kong, comparison and economic analysis on the cases of seawater, recycled water and tap water are done. The result shows domestic seawater technology is an economical and efficient water saving technology.

Abstract: This paper analyses the impact of unexpected diesel tank leak in the non-normal conditions on groundwater, on the basis of a detailed analysis of hydrogeological conditions of a power plant, using the analytical method of solute transport in groundwater, combining with the DTM module of MapGIS spatial analysis. The results show that if leakage of diesel tank lasts 5 years, the maximum influence range of pollution halo is 0.204 km2 and the farthest impact distance is 660m.

Abstract: Shandong province is famous for large population, agriculture dominated and economy developed region in China, which has a shortage of local water resources caused by uneven rainfall distribution and confronts the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources, ecological fragile and serious water environment deterioration problem, therefore, it has a large challenge for water ecological civilization construction. On the one hand, this article analyzes demand of ecological civilization construction in Shandong province from four aspects of water transferring, water conservation, water supplement and water purification, on the other hand, establishes the corresponding technical system and actual relevant guarantee measures.

Abstract: Green roofs (GRs) represent one of the most widespread Low Impact Development (LID) techniques, although the lack of adequate modeling tools is a limiting factor in the diffusion of such practices. GRs may represent a solution for minimizing the impact of urbanization on the hydrological cycle and for sustainably managing water resources in urban environment. Several studies have shown that GRs effectively control surface runoff in urban drainage system reducing overall volumes and peak flow rates. The performance of a GR is strongly dependent upon substrate soil depth. The understanding of infiltration phenomena in soil medium is one of the most important factors in the LID’s hydrological behavior analysis. In this study the hydrologic/hydraulic behavior of a GR for varying substrate thicknesses and constant rainfall intensities, ranging from 45 to 130 mm/h is tested. The results show that sub-surface runoff is linearly influenced by substrate thickness.

Abstract: In this paper, a runoff forecast model combining similar process derivation with probabilistic forecasts is proposed. Certain forecast result is computed by similar processes derivations, and on the basis of certain results, a confidence interval under given confidence coefficient is worked out by probabilistic forecast part. The model is simple in structure, easy in establishing and unnecessary to concern for predictor selections. Applying above model in simulation experiments, the results show the forecast model have excellent forecast accuracy and can be used in monthly runoff forecast effectively.

Abstract: Water network construction makes water increased connectivity, for the water self-purification ability also has the corresponding improvement effect. With Xiaoqing River of Guangrao County segment as an example, paper built the simulation model of river water quality based on MIKE11, and simulated the connected water body self-purification capacity. Results show that water body connectivity can improve the water quality of Xiaoqing River to a certain extent.

Abstract: Most of the water in yellow river estuary mixed with irrigation and leaching water, saline and brackish water, recycled water discharge into the sea without reuse except part for agriculture irrigation and aquaculture, a small part for recycling. In order to improve the efficiency and benefits of water resources utilization, this paper proposes a new way to study industrial water recycling method of the mixed water including irrigation and leaching water, saline and brackish water, recycled water. The research could have an important realistic significance to ease the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources, reduce reliance on the Yellow River and improve regional eco-environment.

Abstract: Water resource is basic to human life and productive activities. This paper established an evaluation index system with 4 press indexes, 4 state indexes and 6 response indexes (PSR Model) about water resource of Baotou, used the data from 2002 to 2013 of each index, and made a comprehensive evaluation to the utilization of water resource and the influences to each trade and environment. At the same time of analyzing the result, this paper provides some advice for water resource sustainable development in Baotou City.
