Abstract: This paper studies the stand-alone PV systems, including modeling and simulation of photovoltaic cells based on a battery charge and discharge algorithm design, simulation and design portion of the push-pull boost, simulation and design of single-phase inverter system through experimental platform was build, complete functional test of each module. After considering comprehensive choice as to interfere with observation control method in this paper, based on the principle of interference observation, simulation model in Matlab, through its simulation results and did not join algorithm results were compared and found can effectively increase the output power of the photovoltaic cell.

Abstract: As the key part of EMU axle measurement system , the gantry, which carrying on high-precision sensors,its vibration frequency generated by the external excitation has an important influence on measurement accuracy, so the analysis about gantry’s natural frequency and model shapes. This paper describes the finite element modal analysis theory briefly , establishes analysis model structure of gantry by ABAQUS, obtains each vibration mode shapes and its corresponding natural frequency through the analysis for model. Finally, we figure out the frequency range that the external excitation should avoid. Meanwhile, a method that decreases external influence by using an independent foundation and air mounts is proposed. This work lays a solid foundation of large-size and high-precision EMU axle measurement.

Abstract: Ethernet based on TCP/IP is a standard open network, which promotes the development of data acquisition in the direction of network. Data acquisition and processing systems connected by Ethernet make the data acquisition terminals (lower computer) and processing control center (upper computer) from integrated to discrete. Separate data acquisition terminals can realize miniaturization and modularization and increase the flexibility of the application. A new type, low cost, high precision data acquisition terminal based on ARM processor was designed for solving the problem of complicated structure, big volume and high cost of traditional data acquisition system. Combined with the technologies of network communication, a data acquisition PC system based on virtual instrument technology was designed by LabVIEW.

Abstract: SAR has been proven to be a useful tool for ocean oil spill detection due to its large coverage, independence of the day and night cycle and all-weather capability. In this paper, one operational visual method for oil spill detection using SAR image was performed and the oil spill key information, such as the location and coverage, has also been demonstrated. The results show that the operational visual method of oil spill detection by SAR image will play an important role in the marine environment protection.

Abstract: The temperature coefficient of the microwave dielectric ceramic materials is one of the important dielectric property parameters. A new method, which can detect the temperature coefficient of microwave dielectric ceramic material, is presented in this article. The test method and software buildup of the system are also introduced. The new system has the advantage in obtaining fast, reliable and high accuracy measurement performance.

Abstract: This paper proposes the introduction of embedded technology in dust monitoring system to realize real-time monitoring online in factories. Taking S3C2440 as hardware platform and embedded Linux the developmental environment, the system also introduces a development kit Qt/Embedded from high-performance embedded system GUI. With a soft-hardware system scheme, it realizes the design of real-time monitoring on parameters like dust concentration in the air. Much emphasis has been laid on the analysis of system composition, working theory, hardware design and software development. Integrating functions of displaying, information processing, monitoring etc., the system has such advantages as high-speed, accuracy, high sensitivity and stable performance, and can be matched with various monitoring systems.

Abstract: 】 The solution of power optical cable online monitoring and cable protection equipment roasted the perfect combination of applications,which can be solved for fiber optic cable line protection, fault location and reduce equipment loss, improve security. Through optical protection equipment improvement, it can increase light protected internal OTDR monitoring channel to achieve the protection of optical communication services and the safeguard of the route line monitoring standby position, and the loss from the original equipment involved 7dB down 3dB, which effectively improve safety and quality of electric power communication optical fiber communication network, and improve management of power optical fiber communication network.

Background processing software handle the second test ,analyze line faults, and monitor the no blind area with a the algorithm of OTDR--which automatically determines the length--and intelligent selection parameters.

Abstract: This paper proposes a new method of multiplexed voltage measurement for serial connected power lithium battery string. The method has some advantages such as simple circuit, the simultaneous measurement and high accuracy. The principle of the voltage measurement circuit is analyzed in this paper, and proposes the solution to the factors affecting the measurement precision of the circuit. Experiments show that this circuit leakage current and temperature drift is small, and also have high precision.

Abstract: The operating range of ground-based detector on hypersonic vehicle in rarefied atmosphere space is researched. Both the imaging dispersion and the difference of radiation intensity between object and background are considered, and a new model of operating range is proposed. By experiments, the dispersion coefficient changes with the distance between object and detector and has great effect on operating range; meanwhile, the higher the velocity of vehicle is, the further the operating range is. And the detector working at medium wave infrared has larger operating range. Compared with existing method, the proposed algorithm achieves better result in the field experiment.
