Study on the Safety Management System of High-Speed Railway

Abstract:

Safety management system is a kind of aviation safety management idea^[1]. With the mileage increase of the high-speed railway of China, there is an urgent need to establish a structured safety management system according to its own characteristics, which can ensure the safe operation of high-speed railway. First this paper considers the life cycle of high-speed railway, then learns aviation safety management system, and studies the operation characteristics of high-speed railway, finally this paper establishes the system based on the theory of PDCA、risk management, and the principle of the system. The safety management system of high-speed railway have four modules: the basic module, operation module, supervision module, improvement module.
