Abstract: Remanufactured parts need to be cleaned before testing and repairing.Molten salt cleaning become a new research focus in remanufacturing cleaning. This paper analyze and research the dirt removal mechanism. This paper analyzes the effect of different salt bath cleaning time and temperature, from the action of heat, comprising a plurality of aspects of surface tension, expansion coefficient and chemical analysis of the role removal mechanism. cleaning effect is researched controlling different conditions in experiments according to the removal mechanism. Experimental results show that the cleaning effect is more obvious, cleaning a relatively short time, ready to meet the requirements of remanufacturing blanks.

Abstract: This paper deals with the study of diesel engine friction and wear. The friction and wear mechanism of diesel engine was studied and the wear factors of diesel engine friction and wear was analyzed. According to the diesel engine test bench, diesel engine experimental scheme of oil testing was designed during running-in stage. Studies have shown that wear particle morphology of diesel engine from ferrographic analysis can reflect the degree of wear and wear mechanism during running-in stage, wear particle changed during running-in stage. Ferrographic monitoring is an effective method for diesel engine friction and wear monitoring.

Abstract: To study ball bearing motor working principle, an ingenious experiment was self-designed, which results indicated that the nature for driving torque of the ball bearing motor was thermal expansion rather than electromagnetic force as generally considered. Furthermore, the threshold current and cutoff temperature for the ball bearing motor were found in our experiment.

Abstract: Solving gear meshing impact force problems by using ADAMS software is studied.A pair of tooth meshing model is established based on UG, modal neutral file is generated by using ANSYS software, calculating gear meshing impact after Importing ADAMS. The relationship between the impact velocity and the impact force by taking reasonable key parameter about penetration depth in ADAMS simulation.A new approach for studying gear meshing impact is proposed here, and the simulation results show that ADAMS software is a very useful tool for solving gear corner contact shock problems outside the normal path of action line.

Abstract: This article focuses on multi-tooth contact existing in planetary gearing with small tooth number difference. On the basis of analyses of the meshing process of planetary gearing with small tooth number difference, it puts forward the calculation formula of contacting tooth pairs to the theoretical clearance angles and establishes the theoretical mathematical model for calculating the number of contacting tooth in the meshing process of planetary gearing. The model is used to calculate the data of certain particular planetary gearing mechanism and sort out the relationship between contacting tooth and the load distribution of tooth pairs. And the simulation experiment has been made using the ABAQUS finite element analysis software to verify the validity of the theoretical calculation formula.

Abstract: The contact fatigue life of gears has direct influences on the working life of the double-sided grinding machine, in the actual using process, the contact fatigue life of gears cannot meet the requirements of working because of many factors. This paper uses the finite element software ANSYS, establishs the two-dimensional model of gears, and analyzes and calculates it, the research shows that: life expectancy of gears is 2.13 years, so gears should have carburizing or carbonitriding heat treatment to fit process requirements, gears can live up to 5.82 years, it can fit the technological requirements of gear life of 5 years. It is some practical value for increasing the working life of the double-sided grinding machine and improving the stability and accuracy of the whole machine.

Abstract: Currently, the wheelchair for disabled dog does not provide the best performance and for therapy dog effectively. The purpose is to clarify the key components which allow the develop an innovation product for dogs with two disables hind legs, especially dogs in Thailand, which can be domestically produced domestically and can meet the needs of users at an appropriate to the physical dog. This study contributes to the disability dogs for physical therapy and healing the pain literature by extending existing theory on new product development. Research methodology is divided into 3 steps: literature review, framework building and action research. The finding is important for management of organization strategies regarding the innovation development product for relevant industries.

Abstract: This paper use the laser sensor to primary mapping the position of the artifacts. Then manipulator carry through accurately positioning on the artifacts by machine vision. Then the manipulator accurately capture the artifact by adjust error automatically. By using laser sensor and machine vision, the robot on industrial production line can more accurately positioning fetching artifacts and the requirements of industrial production line for precise localization of robot.

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate an efficiency improvement of assembly line by through line balancing method. By reducing lost time in assembly line caused working time each station does not equal. There was a wait time between work stations. As a result, the effectiveness and efficiency of the assembly line low. Will be affected the delivery of product to customers is not enough or back order. In addition, calculation of line balancing is demonstrated. One of the actual manual assembly lines will be through as a case study. It is found that after improvement line balance efficiency is increased from 63.62 to 89.52 percent with the efficiency improvement of 25.9 percent.
