Abstract: In the present decade, education is entering to the world of online learning and focusing to a learner as the center of education. To manage learning system successfully, the education courses: Learning management system (LMS) based on the online learning has been developed. In this study, LMS was developed for Programming Language course for the students of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon by using the principle of software development life cycle (SDLC) process. Additionally, the development of the program was done via important major phases of planning analysis, design, implement and evaluated by experts in this field. From 60 randomly selected students of the Faculty of Science and Technology, online Programming Language course providing modules based on LMS model via the Internet showed higher efficiency of 85% than the control in the standard usual instruction procedure. All these aspects of system performance evaluated by the students were also at high level and satisfied with the developed lesson described on the web. Therefore, this online learning system is helpful for all learners in the present information technology world. This system would be further applied for other courses with other additional interactive systems.

Abstract: In this study, an instructional package to enhance teaching and learning on Vector Quantity was constructed. It consisted of three types of media; teaching documents, a PowerPoint presentation and an experimental set for measurement of vector components. The validity and reliability of this package was assessed prior to utilization in the evaluation of impact on students’ learning achievement. The sample consisted of 60 Bachelor of Science students. They were selected by multi-stage sampling and divided into an experimental group and a control group. The instructional package was utilized in teaching the experimental group while the control group was taught conventionally. The results of this study revealed that: 1) the magnitude of vector components measured by using the experimental set was equal to that determined by conventional calculation, significantly at the .05 level, 2) the quality of the instructional package was rated as excellent, and 3) the learning achievement of the experimental group was higher than the control group with statistical significance level of 0.05. Thus, the instructional package could encourage students’ motivation and promote successful learning.

Abstract: E-learning is a popular technique that can solve learning problems of student. In this study, the learning package of data analysis by using graphing paper to attain linear relationship between independent and dependent variables was invented and utilized. The learning package, consisting of contents and answer key video made from Power Point was converted to video format. The samples were 58 students of Bachelor of Science program who were selected by multi-stage sampling and divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group composed of 29 students, learnt by using e-learning via LMS Moodle at RMUTP website. The control group, 29 students, was performed by a conventional technique through multimedia teaching with PowerPoint. The research tools consisted of the lesson of graphical analysis, the questionnaire for quality evaluation of the lesson and the achievement evaluation. The results were found that the quality of research tools was very good and the average value of learning achievement of the experimental group was higher than the control group, no significant statistic at level of 0.05 by comparing with statistical method of t-test (n=29). It indicated that e-learning system can be used as a practical tool for increasing skill of the samples as well as correspondence between them in classroom.
