Abstract: This paper aimed to research the relationship between the wrap around distance (WAD) to head contact and vehicle impact speed based on real pedestrian traffic accidents with video. A team was established to collect passenger car-pedestrian accident cases occurring between July 2011 and July 2015 in Chongqing, China. A total of 15 pedestrian crashes were selected into the sample. Impact speeds were calculated by a video analysis technology, and the WAD was revised according to the average height of pedestrians involved in the sample. The relationship between the WAD and impact speed was analyzed using linear regression analysis. We propose a method to evaluate the impact speed in passenger car-pedestrian. These results will contribute to the development of judicial identification and research of pedestrian injury.

Abstract: The article deals concept of measuring the electric motor-generator sets and represents the completion of a comprehensive design laboratory for electrical energy mikrozdroje laboratories. Given that the test set is powered energy industrial installations can not underestimate the risks arising from its operations. The seemingly simple design of the electrical part with manual control may seem a step back (in particular, from the viewpoint of universal, sometimes precipitous and unnecessary digitization anything), on the other hand the solution chosen allows combination possibilities that are not in the conventional digital control feasible.

Abstract: The use of renewable (alternative) energy sources of energy is still a hot topic. In the electrical engineering laboratories of the Department of technical subjects created a model of micro energy sources that can be operated in various operating modes to simulate in various operating conditions. The machine set is dedicated for laboratory of electric engeneering. Goal is to show students in the subject Renewable energy sources and their application, practical use and parameters an the asynchronous generator. The article deals with the mechanical concept and mechanical construction of laboratory machine set.

Abstract: In order to take full advantage of available resources in existed campus experimental platform and be able to integrate and optimize resources of the platform, increase the rate of resource sharing, and promote the reform of the existing education system, this paper built an instructional assistant collaboration service system based on cloud platform, named briefly IACSS, in campus for teaching assistant. At first, the existed experimental system was discussed deeply. Then, aiming at the lacking of efficiency and resource sharing degree and so on, the system platform of IACSS based on cloud and mobile technology introduces the data fusion and interaction. The architecture of IACSS was given after that. Then, the system platform was built. The system platform of IACSS supports the optimization of resources and personalized services customized mechanism. And it also supports the accessed and cooperated with each other at anytime and anywhere. Nowadays, the system has been successfully deployed in the campus and the test run, the practice shows that the platform can reasonably integrate resources, improve resource sharing rate, improvement of the existing education system.

Abstract: Reliable execution platform software projects is currently used Developer Framework. This is not so for ORM, or similar solutions. It is complex system which satisfies all specified requirements. The basic idea of the whole framework is the creation of generic mainstream forms and direct modifications without having to build the application itself.

Abstract: This paper is focused on administrative processes in manufacturing companies. It discusses about that the company should focus on its administrative processes and not just on manufacturing processes. In these processes a big potential is hidden. The article deals the concept of lean enterprise and defines all of its areas. Further it also shows the current status of administrative processes and the waste that occurs. Furthermore a proposal of workflow with the administrative processes is shown here with using methods of industrial engineering. Finally the two examples from practice are shown with using methods of industrial engineering in the administrative processes

Abstract: Strong companies have a significant impact on Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth, and also on the impoverishment of large segments of population. To balance this inequity the government policies have to sustain Small-Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to form a digital professional ecosystem in order to represent a real competition for big companies. The digital environment dedicated to SMEs cooperation has to be based on distributed Information and Communications Technology (ICT) platforms. The article purpose is to test a dynamic economic model by simulating SMEs interactions in a Network Business Environment. SMEs interactions concern assets acquisitions through partnerships and developing commercial transitions. We used the Colored Petri Net (CPN) Tool for simulating SMEs interactions, based on Dining Philosopher problem. This simulation concerns a business ecosystem of SMEs and a single type asset. In our future research, one intelligent system engine should contain many other components able to answer to the business rules.
