Abstract:

RTRW coastal and small islands is based on Law 27/2007 jo 01/2014 which subsequently revealed to be a technical manual of regulationby provincy and regency. This study aims to determine the prepadness of Sumenep regency to implement Law 27/2007 jo 01/2014. Samples were taken through interviews with respondents on education institutions as well as public and subsequently with MDS method. The analysis shows that the "level of knowledge" and "level of readiness" is sufficient. Indicator "level of knowledge" mapped variously, indicating although general knowledge of the law are "well informed", but an important aspect for the implementation of such policies, programs, and tools needed to implement the law is still weak. The level of readiness mapped fair/enough, which suggests that the government has enough Sumenep administratively ready for implementation.
