Vibration Characteristic of Multi-Stage Linear Motor Pumping Unit

Article Preview

Abstract:

The vibration reason of the linear electric motor is analyzed for multi-stage linear pumping unit. A different order number expression of natural frequencies under wave action is given. Respectively, the finite element simulation software is used for linear motor and linear pumping machine of vibration characteristic analysis. Vibration quality participate coefficients of linear permanent magnet motor are provided under different frequency. Through the analysis, it shows that optimized motor structure can restrain vibration, so as to ensure the stability of multi-sections of straight beam pumping unit.
