Considerations Regarding the Dynamic Behavior of Composite Sandwich Bars with Polystyrene Core Reinforced with Fiber-Glass

Article Preview

Abstract:

In this paper some sandwich bars made from classical materials (polystyrene core, glass fiber) but combined in order to obtain an original material, are made. For these new sandwich bars, some dynamic parameters are studied, such as: damping factors per unit mass and length, eigen frequency.
