Value Innovation Study in Service Manufacturing Mode

Abstract:

As manufacturing and service integrate, service manufacturing has been a new trend in the revolution of manufacturing enterprise. Based on value evolution mechanism, this essay puts main efforts in analyzing the elements, structures and development trend of service manufacturing, and advances a three-layer value chain model based on service production activities, productive service activities and customers' all way participation. Lastly, this essay establishes a three-layer value-added model of service manufacturing value chain, and puts forward six key factors to realize value-added of service manufacturing value chain.
