Performance Evaluation of Coal-Fired Power Plant Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Based on Set Pair Analysis

Article Preview

Abstract:

Energy conservation and emission reduction is not only an important strategy for China to achieve sustainable development , but also an inevitable choice to deal with the challenges of energy resource constraints and climate change. This paper built an evaluation system based on set pair analysis to evaluate the performance of energy conservation and emission reduction for coal-fired power. Seven main indices were picked out to and their weight were determined by experts. Then, the paper constructed an expression of connection degree. At last, an example was given to prove the feasibility and reliability of this evaluation system.
