Abstract:

Photovoltaic industry has been one of strategic choices to cope with economic downturn, technologic commanding height and clean development. Currently photovoltaic industry depends much on industrial policy. Dominant idea, key driver, Feed-in tariff are implications from leading photovoltaic countries. According to problems in China’s industrial policy, policy suggestion are put forward based on domestic demand in terms of national strategy, industry planning, policy system, technologic innovation and industrial standards.
