Priority Determination Criteria and Strategic Trends of Funding in the Sphere of Water Economy Investments

Abstract:

Further development of the RA water supply and sanitation sphere requires economic, technical, institutional and financial reforms. Therefore, the elucidation of state policy and strategic trends of development for the mentioned sphere is highly essential for its future improvement. Hence, organizational and financial investments are required to ensure reliable, safe, permanent and continuous water supply, system security, environmental sustainability, financial upgrading of the system making it fully manageable, efficient, attractive and self-sustaining for the investors and private businesses based on financially healthy, sustainable and vital water supply and sanitation organizations.
