Choosing a Diversification Strategy for the Production Process in a Construction Company

Abstract:

Lower levels of profitability in the production process and reduced demand have made it necessary for enterprises to diversify their activities and to extend the scope of their interests. In this article there is examined a model for evaluating the effectiveness of separate types of production activity insofar as they are the most preferable for enterprises in the construction sector. Also, there are presented experimental calculations and analyzed results for choices in the directions of diversifications.
