Abstract:

University library not only can offer service for the work of teaching and research in university but also is a very important part of research community in university.However, most of libraries may own advanced applied technology and network while librarians may know little about the retrieval skills, digital library and database. Therefore, it is one of necessary tasks to improve the quality and ability of librarians so that they can improve their own ability of academic research and offer more professional service for faculties and students in university.
