Abstract:

In the process of tourism development, the constant damage of tourism resources and ecological environment has aroused people’s wide concern. Low- carbon tourism is an important means for tourism industry to realize energy-saving and environment protection. Hengyang is a city rich in tourism resources, cultural heritage, and obvious traffic advantages. The comprehensive exploitation of Hengyang tourism resources exerts great significance on promoting transformation and upgrading of Hengyang tourism industry, speeding up the pace of constructing a powerful tourism city and further developing and expanding tourism in Hengyang .
