Online Monitoring and Alarm System of the Galvanized Steel Wire’s Weight Based on OPC

Abstract:

It proposes a solution of the online monitoring and alarm system of the galvanized steel wire’s weight. This system can achieve stable and efficient real-time data acquisition, waveform display, and automatic alarm as soon as overrun. It also develops the functions of data management which is based on SQL Server. The system will provide the steel wire galvanizing production a comprehensive service of online monitoring, alarm and data management and so on.
