Abstract: This paper puts forward an improved genetic scheduling algorithm in order to improve the execution efficiency of task scheduling of the heterogeneous multi-core processor system and give full play to its performance. The attribute values and the high value of tasks were introduced to structure the initial population, randomly selected a method with the 50% probability to sort for task of individuals of the population, thus to get high quality initial population and ensured the diversity of the population. The experimental results have shown that the performance of the improved algorithm was better than that of the traditional genetic algorithm and the HEFT algorithm. The execution time of tasks was reduced.

Abstract: In view of the contradiction between convergence speed and steady state error in blind source separation algorithm, an adaptive algorithm based on improved separation performance index is proposed. The proposed algorithm restructures a new performance index by adding a parallel system. According to the corresponding relationship between the performance index and the step-size, then a new step-size equation with the Rayleigh distribution function is defined. Simulation results show that the convergence speed and steady state error of the proposed algorithm is better than the classic blind source separation algorithm and the sigmoid function variable step-size blind source separation algorithm in different environments.

Abstract: Analysis and comparison of the communication failure of IntelliGrid architecture alternative recovery technology, and points out that SCTP is capable of providing communication service restoration protocols at the transport layer, based on analysis of the characteristics of SCTP and analyze the characteristics of SCTP and TCP protocol, the method of network simulation research of the network link failure disconnected, network level fault tolerance mechanism of SCTP multihoming path switching characteristics based on, and for the lack of SCTP multihoming path switching method, put forward a kind of improved SCTP multihoming path switching method, through the simulation verifies the effectiveness of the application of this method in multi router network model, laid the foundation for the application of SCTP for power system.

Abstract: In this article, we explained the movement of the vertical motion of ping-pong its mathematic equation and difference equation, designed the corresponding program, worked out the connection of the rebounded speed or the rebound times and the height as the time passed, stated the corresponding physical background visually with the picture, analyzed the physical reason of this physical phenomenon. It has intensive practicability and is very active for studying and researching the motion of ping-pong. It’s very active for the students studying physics, mechanics, mathematics, gym and computer application as a teaching software as well.

Abstract: In this paper, the optimization of context weighting coefficients are studied and the objective of the optimization is to find a group of weighing coefficients, such that the code length ofsource symbols occurred before the current symbol can be minimized. Multivariant optimization algorithm is used to find the solution of this multimodal optimization problem. With this context weighting algorithm, the compression efficiency is improved.

Abstract: Common Image Generation Interface is the interface between two real-time communication subsystems. In order to exchange data between control end and rendering end of the scene simulation system, a packaging component based on common image generation interface is proposed in this paper, which is applied to visual simulation of helicopters and fighter. The simulation results show that this method can meet the real-time requirement of visual control system and is valuable in visual simulation of the weapon equipment operational field.

Abstract: An modified motion-adaptive de-interlacing algorithm was proposed in view of defects of traditional motion-adaptive de-interlacing algorithm in the aspects of motion detection and adaptive interpolation.Bipolar consecutive four fields was exploited to design criterion of motion state which improved the accuracy of the motion detection.Field insertion algorithm was exploited for interpolation of the static region which could increase vertical resolution of the image.Traditional ELA algorithm was modified by multi-directional edge detection for the interpolation of the motion region which could increase the function of horizontal edge detection and enhance the level of consistency edge direction estimation.Experimental results show that the proposed de-interlacing algorithm improves Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR) and restrains the artifacts such as saw-tooth,interline flicker,motion virtual image.
