Abstract: There are many factors that affect the Turbo code in Turbo coding process, which the design of interleaver and interleaving depth impact very large for Turbo coding performance. Now, there is not only no comprehensive and systematic research of interleaver, but also no clear concept about the performance impact of interleaver at different interleaving depth. This paper introduces the principle of common interleaver. Then the impact of different interleaver and the performance impact of interleaver at different interleaving depth are discussed with Matlab simulation for Turbo coding.

Abstract: The features of radar echo of small floating target within sea clutter exists not only in target bins, but also exist in extend range bins. These lead to certain characteristic are similar between targets and extend bins. Short-time average power and mean-square Doppler bandwidth are extracted as two of these features and their similarities are been proved existing between target bin and extend bins by IPIX data. Although clutter bins may also have this similarity, it could be distinguished when observation time is enhanced. According to this characteristic, a detection algorithm is proposed based on time-frequency similarity analysis, the method works well when the average signal clutter ratio is about 5dB and the observation time is 300ms.

Abstract: Face recognition is a research hotspot of pattern recognition and artificial intelligence. This paper presents a method of extract face feature based on Wavelet. First, reduce vector dimension by wavelet decomposition of the image, second, train the multi class support vector machine (SVM) model by face feature vector extracted and make face recognition finally. The experiments on ORL face image database of the algorithm shows the superiority of the proposed algorithm in terms of recognition performance.

Abstract: Support vector machine is a beginning of the 1990s, based on statistical learning theory proposed new machine learning method, which structural risk minimization principle as the theoretical basis, by appropriately selecting a subset of functions and discriminant function in the subset, so the actual risk of learning machine to a minimum, to ensure that the limited training samples obtained through a small error classifier, an independent test set for testing error remains small. In this paper, support vector machine theory, algorithm, application status, etc. are discussed in detail.

Abstract: The traditional HTTP protocol uses the request、response mode, and it does not support the characteristics such as real-time information transmission and server push. In this paper, the use of HTM5 in the WebSocket protocol supports long connection, full duplex communication and other characteristics, and the design of a new set of real-time online monitoring system has been made, not only solve the efficiency problem of implementation of Web real time communication protocol HTTP polling and other technology, but also ensure cross browser system of multi platform characteristics.

Abstract: In order to overcome the application limitations of principal component analysis fault diagnose model in non-linear time-varying and reduce computational complexity for process monitoring based on non-linear principal component, we introduced kernel transformation theory of nonlinear space to extract data feature extraction and a fault monitoring model based on kernel principal component analysis (KPCA) for constant value detection was proposed. Through the proper selection of kernel function parameter values, the KPCA model can achieve constant value of process fault detection and has lower computational complexity than other non-linear algorithms. The fault detection experiment for beer fermentation process shows that this method is able to detect process faults in a timely manner and has good real-time performance and accuracy in the batch process of slowly time-varying.

Abstract: Community of practice (COP) is an important informal learning style in companies. This paper analyzes the moderating effect of COP’s identity and COP’s competition on the relationship between network structure of COP and knowledge sharing performance. The empirical analysis illustrates that the relationship between the COP’s relation strength and knowledge sharing performance is fully mediated by COP’s identity and COP’s competition, and the relationship between the COP’s status disparity and knowledge sharing performance is partly mediated by COP’s identity and COP’s competition.

Abstract: The Pierson - Moskowitz model is only applicable to full growth state of the waves, and it has low authenticity and hopping phenomenon under the condition of offshore shallow water. This paper proposes a simulation model of offshore wave based on the improved P-M spectrum and multiple fractal interpolation methods. In order to calculate the sea wave with shallow water, a spectrum peak regulation factor and a depth of the water factor are introduced to the P - M spectrum model. Based on this model, the wavelength and wave speed are used as the initial values of wave height. Then, the amplitude and the number of iterations in diamond square fractal method are controlled to obtain the fractal static sea. In order to reduce the influence of the hopping phenomenon to the simulation authenticity, meanwhile, a multiple dynamic non-uniform interpolation method is proposed. The experimental results show that the proposed model can simulate offshore wave with better effect and in real time.
