Then, the paper finds out the benefit for enterprises’ competitive intelligence brought by big data as well as some difficulties, including intelligence storage, intelligence security, intelligence analysis, shortage of talents, etc.. Finally, in view of these difficulties, the paper proposes countermeasures for the enterprises.

Abstract: Big Data provides a possibility of handling mass data, which acts as a subversive technique. By the way, traditional relation database is no more effective of mass data that causes distributed database NoSQL to appear and evolve. In this article, we will design and realize a new distributed big data management system (DBDMS), which is based on Hadoop and NoSQL techniques, and it provides big data real-time collection, search and permanent storage. Proved by some experiment, DBDMS can enhance the processing capacity of mass data, very suitable for mass log backup and retrieval, mass network packet grab and analyze, and etc. other applied areas.

Abstract: Business developer needs to develop fault-tolerant process, but fault-tolerant process development based on exception handling mechanism provided by BPEL costs much time and is easy to make mistake. We analyze application exception throw chain theory of service-oriented system. Exception throwing of BPEL process is broadcasted among component layer, service layer and process layer. We also propose an application exception handling method for BPEL by using EHPDL-P. EHPDL-P can separate normal business logic and exception business logic, and thus it can enhance BPEL fault-tolerance ability.

Abstract: In order to ensure the success rate for communication between the power field on-site service terminals and the smart meters, guarantee the on-site service terminals' infrared divergence Angle is controlled in a certain range, we designed a performance testing system. Through this system, we can understand the scattering intensity of the communication infrared light macroscopicly, the infrared light scattering areas also can be calculated. Moreover, we can detect whether the communication data are according with the requirement of communication protocols and determine whether the infrared communication module is qualified accurately.

Abstract: High competition, globalization, business process outsourcing, and rising regulatory environments and demanding consumers are forcing enterprises to transform the way they provide their business and services. The implementation of service oriented architecture (SOA) in manufacturing can meet requirements for frequently changing market demands, global competition, rising require production systems concerning flexibility and adaptability. This article will discuss the SOA approach and its potential impact for energy consumption and energy reduction related in industry. Nowadays we meet new industrial control systems providing lower time-to market and shorter product cycles. The inflexible communication infrastructure between the manufacturing process elements difficulties the adoption of porting production with high degree of reconfigurability and interoperability. The adoption of a SOA can bring real benefits to the industrial automation communication. Service-oriented architecture provides a flexible, open solution for manufacturing plants. We are facing a new era with the necessity of convergence of solution and higher integration, it can be provided combining services in a cross-layer form. In this scenario we meet an ecosytem (systems to systems) interaction, information available in near real-time, with process being orchestred in a higher level and with higher scale. This article will describe SOA approach and explain the expected results for end users, suppliers and society with optimization of energy consumption.

Abstract: WVD has become an important method for time-frequency analysis because of its mathematical properties. In fact, however, cross-term disturbs its application seriously when the multicomponent signal existed. Now increasing people is going to find pure mathematical method to deal with the cross-term in WVD. But this paper will prove the inevitability of cross-term in WVD.
