Abstract: Three-dimensional machining procedure models are used for generating three-dimensional process model and process planning that support machining. It can be realized through extracting information of three-dimensional design model. The consistency of data and visualization of machining can be improved using the technologies for parts, which are compared with the current two-dimensional technology. The key technologies and framework for construction of three-dimensional machining procedure model based definition are researched.

Abstract: This paper focuses on researches of the design and implementation of an innovative 3D video camera. Traditional 3D cameras use USB2.0 bus or similar buses. Those cameras are not capable of transferring high definition (HD) videos due to bus speed limitation. Utilizing the newest USB3.0 bus and high definition image sensors, this thesis designs one HD 3D camera and solves above problem. To maximize data transfer speed, it employs one 200MHz operating frequency ARM controller which guarantees real-time system responses at the same time. The field trial has demonstrated HD 3D camera in the article is feasible and rich in value of research.

Abstract: Through early interviews 22 common traffic scenes were found and leveled by questionnaires. Six scenes of low-risk, medium risk and high risk were selected and implemented in the simulation software using the software of Creator, Vega, C++, etc. Simulation experiments were conducted to analyze the novice drivers fixation features under different levels of risk based on the designed real car simulation platform. The results showed that both novice and experienced drivers saccade times are more than 3 times greater than the fixation times, suggesting that drivers visual search are found mainly in saccadic movement other than watch movement. In potentially dangerous environment, experience drivers always reduce fixation time and increase saccade time to make early warnings of danger that may arise, while novice drivers saccade time and fixation time are relatively stable. Novice drivers concern more about the dashboard regardless of the level of risk in any scenarios comparatively. In the three levels of risk conditions, novice drivers watching areas are more concentrate, namely, their fixation area mostly focus on some certain areas while ignoring other areas, such as rearview mirror and traffic signals.

Abstract: This paper is based on a company that manufactured the nuclear power components. This paper Studies the quality management that aimed at characteristics of multi specification and small batch production. The components which are produced at this company have been used in new energy field. Quality of nuclear power components can meet the technical requirements or not is very important to the operation and safeguard of nuclear power station in future. Group technology combined with statistical process control technology and applied in the quality management system to analyze the testing data of each working procedure in multi-kind and small-quantity production to achieve the goal of improve and control the quality of the product.

Abstract: A random phenomenon is so common in human economic activities, during the process of researching and revealing the random phenomena, as a theory of probability, Mathematical expectation has been widely used in the field of social economy. Based on the analysis of the specific case in the actual business decision-making, this article lists the average in the prediction, reducing work load and the gross profit maximum problems; through the establishment of random variable model, using the theory of mathematical expectation for data measured to choose the best scheme, method and procedure to provide policy makers who make the best choice the best theoretical basis; aiming to make the operators more scientific and rational when choosing investment and catching investment opportunity, Mathematical expectation plays an important role in economic activities.

Abstract: Engineering product development is becoming increasingly collaborative and knowledge-intensive in today’s industry. On one hand, the product development process comprises various tasks that involve extensive knowledge exchange and communication among geographically distributed teams. On the other hand, the product development teams usually reuse engineering knowledge from previous design experience when solving new design problems. Therefore, there is a strong need to capture, store and reuse the knowledge for product development. In this paper, different understanding and classifications of engineering knowledge are presented. Two aims of knowledge management for product development are analyzed. And the researches on the engineering knowledge management are summarized based on critical phases of knowledge management process. Finally, future research directions of knowledge management in engineering are discussed.

Abstract: Sand casting workshop production management requires fine increasingly prominent in the production schedule management in real time in which single part’s machining status can be learned. However, currently available management programs are not well suited to meet the management needs of enterprises. In this paper, we propose production schedule online processing management of sand casting workshop based on a single piece management model. Field computer terminals and management computer terminals are used in conjunction to learn processing status of the single part. The program has been successfully implemented. Application demonstrates that the program can achieve single piece sand casting workshop of the production process and online management of foundry management reference value.

Abstract: This paper presents an improved particle swarm optimization combined with quantum evolutionary algorithm (QAE). In the algorithm, continuous coding represents weight information of the batches’ sequence to enhance the ability of handling the constraints. The batch separation strategy unifies the relationship of scheduling time into minimum time span between batches and brings about the feasible processing sequence. Scheduling generation and repair strategies are proposed to obtain feasible solutions. In order to verify the performance of the QAE algorithm, the well-know benchmark scheduling instances are tested. The computational results show that the QAE may find optimal or suboptimal solutions in a short run time for all the instances.

Abstract: This paper presents heuristic particle swarm optimization (HPSO) with continuous codes representing the batch production on the machine at each stage to enhance the ability of particle to handle constraints. Repair strategy of particle location is also presented in this paper to meet the demand for products and maximum restriction of production capacity. Based on the analysis of characters of optimal solution, all constraints are unified as time window of batch and solving method for resource-constrained project scheduling with time window is put forward. In order to verify the performance of HPSO, this paper uses random example to conduct test. The results show that HPSO is superior to optimization software and standard PSO.
