Abstract: This paper considers integration of batching and scheduling with features on batch scheduling such as multi-product facilities, multi-stage. For this complicated problem, we present a mixed integer model (EM) and Heuristic Particle Swarm Optimization (HPSO). We proposed Strategies to improve the HPSO. Computations show that both methods are efficient. In addition, HPSO are better than EM.

Abstract: Cognitive maps represent decision makers’ mental maps and their strategies, which are always uncertain, ambiguous and hard to be formalized. In order to make intelligent design decision-making, a Bayesian approach for constructing cognitive maps is proposed in this paper. The cognitive map is modeled compatible with a Bayesian Network. Then cause-effect mapping rules between design elements embedded in cognitive maps can be made explicit by means of network structure learning. A score-based greedy search algorithm is implemented for network structure learning, in which penalized mutual information is defined as the scoring metric and hill-climbing search algorithm is used to find the highest-scoring network. The eliminating loop operator is introduced into the algorithm according to the restriction of the edge directionality.

Abstract: In this paper, we incorporate retailer’s risk attitude by means of ES model into the ordering decision for seasonal product and discuss the optimal ordering decisions of the retailer under the option contract mechanism and the wholesale price contract mechanism. We show that the optimal ordering quantities of spot commodity and option commodity are exist and unique.And further analyze that the effect of retailer’s effected profit, option contract on the optimal ordering decision. Finally, we exam our theories by some numerical examples.

Abstract: In this paper, we introduce a prediction method for air material failure prediction. Firstly, we studied the feature of air material and previous studies on its failure prediction; we then established an air materiel failure prediction model based on Weibull analysis; then we proposed methods to improve the performance of the model through data processing and model adjustment; then, we used our model to estimate the product life cycle and predict the failure of air material based on a data sample.we not only demonstrate the validity of the model and presents a weibull analysis operation steps through the case analysis. Finally, we made some conclusions of this paper and proposed some suggestions for future research.

Abstract: According to the definition of integrated supply chain performance, improved method of grey relational evaluation and multi-level dynamic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are adopted to comprehensively evaluate the overall performance of the integrated supply chain. Based on these, the Performance Evaluation System (PES) of the integrated supply chain is developed on MATLAB software platform. In the end, the validity and feasibility of the system is validated by an example, and the system can provide a convenient operation tool and scientific, objective decision basis for managers to evaluate the integrated supply chain performance.

Abstract: This paper sets the ancient landslide in Huale coal mine in Guizhou as the research object. The in-situ geological exploration and field survey to determine the nature and activity history of the landslide; By using the methods of drilling and pitting, geology structure characteristics of the ancient landslide could be determined; the sliding surface is obtained by field sampling test, rock and soil physical and mechanical characteristic; Through rationally designed dip tube, the paper repeatedly monitors the underground displacement with the borehole inclinometer, mastered the ancient landslide slip surface sliding depth and the location. On this basis, the paper analyzes the activation factors and sliding mechanism of the ancient landslide. Direct cause of the activation of the ancient landslide is mine industrial site construction of the damage to the front of the ancient landslide. Ancient landslide sliding mechanism of the ancient landslide itself exists the weakness of sliding surface, the front is damaged due to landslide, leads to landslide.

Abstract: concurrent engineering product development from the beginning of the design requirements, it must consider the various factors in the product life cycle, to shorten product development cycle, improve product quality, reduce the green characteristics of product cost, product realization, enhancing the competition ability of the enterprise purpose. Because in the whole process of product lifecycle highly concurrent engineering station, effect that participants work together, reconstruction of product development process and using advanced design methods, contributes to the technical information, economic information, environmental information, energy and resource information and insurance information of organic integration of each stage in the life cycle of product green design, the realization of green products from a life-cycle perspective. Therefore, the concurrent engineering is the core of the design and development of green products.

Abstract: The producer is very concerned about the probability of the machinery system in working condition at the beginning of the mission. The system should be timely able to be maintained if it is in malfunction. The usability of timely maintenance system is analyzed by stochastic process. Two applied propositions are educed according to the characteristic of timely maintenance system usability by stochastic process. According to propositions, machine should be maintained in time. These conclusions can be referred by personnel of using the machinery.Keywords: random process; maintain usability; probability.System usability is the probability of the system in working condition in the beginning of the mission when the system completes the task in a random time. The system is a timely maintenance system if this system can be maintained in time when it is broken down. The system usability of timely maintenance system relate to time, so it can be analyzed by stochastic process.

Abstract: For high risk issues of UHV power grid construction and operation in considering the economic premise, based on the requirements of grid construction security baseline. The various factors affecting the risk is scoring by strict rules. Various factors characteristic index value can be drawn and create a collection of various factors affecting the risk. Then referring to safety baseline of grid construction, the risks that exist in construction and operation of the power grid is determine. According to a number of factors, the risk values is divided into the corresponding level of risk. The different level of risk should take appropriate measures to achieve as much as possible to reduce risk and protect the power grid construction and operation security. Finally, the method is proved to be operability in the context of economic in practice.

Abstract: This thesis makes simulation and calculation of logistics system in the plant of titanium sponge restoring distillation with the software of eM-Plant, analyzes the process of restoring-assembling-distillation, calculates capacity of the original plant, and optimizes the scheme with the software.
