Study of the Effect of Butylenes Content in Butane Fraction on Butane Dehydrogenation Process

Article Preview

Abstract:

The paper shows the effect of butylenes concentration in feedstock on the process of dehydrogenation of butane into butylenes using chromia-alumina-potassium catalyst. Butylenes as contained 1 to 7 % wt. in butane slip completely without hindering the process of converting of butane.
