Model of the Oxygen Cutting Taking into Account the Melting of Metal

Abstract:

This paper presents the development of a model of plate oxygen cutting. The new model takes into account not only the heat release due to the oxidation reaction, but the melting of the metal in the cutting zone. Important role plays the dependence of the heat capacity on temperature.
