Abstract: An adaptive optimal control system for vehicle stability integrated control was proposed based on a hierarchical integrated control system. The generalized lateral force and moment required to achieve vehicle motion was calculated based on sliding mode control method. Through the control allocation, the desired yaw moment will be properly distributed to each wheel by using nonlinear weighted least-squares (WLS) algorithm . The simulation results show that the proposed control system can effectively improve vehicle stability and handling performances by taking full advantage of the tire force.

Abstract: Making use of function of NC programme provided by Pro/NC, aiming at general NC milling machine and using general milling cutter, this thesis attempts to establish the tool path of straight bevel gear’s finishing machining and then put forward the idea of processing piece by piece. In this way, “over cutting” and “short cutting” can be avoided and the precision of process can be improved. Finally, the accuracy of product designing and manufacture can be tested by post-processing of numerical control program of straight bevel gear’s finishing processing with the VERICUT’s simulating.

Abstract: The limitations of both grid-connection control and var optimization for improving the voltage of the distribution network with DGs are pointed out in this paper. Thus, it is proposed that the integration of grid-connection control and var optimization for complementary advantages becomes necessary. A model of var optimization based on genetic algorithm is designed, and analysis of examples is carried out by use of MATLAB. Meanwhile, control models of grid-connected inverters based on P-f droop control and P-δ droop control are designed, whose characteristics are compared by simulations done on MATLAB/Simulink. Results show the validity of the supposed var optimization technique and grid-connection control technique.

Abstract: Integrated starter alternator damper (ISAD) system requires motor: high-efficient, high-power density, low-ripple torque. Halbach motor is a new type of PMSM: unique permanent magnet structure makes motor have a sinusoidal magnetic field, can increase magnetic flux density of air gap and decrease magnetic flux density of rotor, which could enhance the power density and efficiency of motor as well as reduce its size. Software of Halbach motor design is given, also with the finite element analysis software with ANSYS language. Experiment proves the advantage of Halbach motor in ISAD system.

Abstract: Valve base electronic systems (VBE) achieve the effect of controlling the rectifier and inverter by triggering the thyristor breakover or turn-off. This paper based on the LabVIEW interface display software, through the data acquisition card, Art USB2830, real-time acquire the main signal of VBE, namely monitoring the main signal of system, in order to analyze the causes and location of system failure.

Abstract: Due to the merits of small size, high power density, high voltage, low self-discharge and low resistance, li-ion battery can replace traditional power battery and be used in AGV system. Over-voltage and low-voltage protection circuit, temperature protection circuit, equalizer circuit, self-locked circuit and voltage display circuit are designed; Equalization circuit can keep consistency of each cell used in the system; Self-locked circuit can make the system much more stability while the display circuit can ahcive the information of the power system. Experiments prove the effectiveness of these designs.

Abstract: The operating system of loader working device is composed of the boom and bucket. It is operated mainly through multi-way valve axis manipulation, this kind of way is force-large, labor-intensive, but is low efficient. So it is necessary to optimize the oil source valve. Using the hydraulic pilot to control loader multi-way valve to optimize in the loader is safe, comfortable, furnished spirit and can achieve variable speed. Working hydraulic system uses a small flow pilot circuit control. The main oil is controlled by high pressure and large flow, and then the operating force of the working device is reduced greatly.

Abstract: Based on the actual processing problem of rubbing the drum parts without drawing, the author conducts the research to the rubbing the drum real reverse engineering, then in view of the existing reverse engineering data acquistion problems, is analyzed by TRIZ theory, according to the technology contradiction solve method and combined with the actual situation of the problem, the feasible solutions obtained, to provide reference for the engineering and technical personnel.
