Abstract: This paper is for real-time monitoring ice thickness problem of overhead lines, modeling the sag difference monitoring model, which is based on fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensing technology and parabolic method. The model takes advantage of the overhead line sag difference constant of two monitoring points, and achieves absolute stress change values, which effectively offset various factors, such as the wind load and thermal expansion and contraction, in the impact of the model. The performance comparative analysis is carried out between the results of the model and synchronous monitoring results of vernier caliper. Experimental measuring results show that under the same conditions, the similarity of results between two methods is very high. The accuracy of monitoring results of the model can meet the project requirements and it can monitor ice thickness of overhead lines effectively in real time.

Abstract: The permanent magnet synchronous motors are more and more popular in marine electric propulsion field. Aiming to solve the problem of large torque ripple in traditional DTC system, this paper introduces the principle of space vector modulation and builds the electric propulsion system models based on direct torque control for permanent magnet synchronous motor in Simulink. Typical working condition experiments are designed to contrast the performances between traditional DTC and SVM-DTC. Simulation result proves that SVM-DTC can reduce ripples of both electromagnetic torque and stator flux effectively with the same dynamic response character as traditional DTC system.

Abstract: ESP (Electronic Stability Program) is a kind of active safety device which can comprehensively improve the brake, drive and high speed performance of the automobile. Mastering the key technologies of ESP control system plays an important role in improving the performance of ESP. Vehicle dynamic model and engine model with 9 degrees of freedom of one passenger car were established based on vehicle and tire force analysis. The ESP fuzzy control model based on slip ratio control was established. The optimal slip ratio under different pavements was confirmed by using road recognition method. ESP fuzzy control was realized under MATLAB/Simulink environment. And through the split road simulation prove the validity of the road recognition algorithm, and the effectiveness of the fuzzy control strategy. The simulation and the debugging results indicate that the ESP fuzzy control strategy based on road automatic identification works well, and obviously improves automobile stability under critical situations. And all of these make a good foundation for the further research and development for the ESP integrated control system.

Abstract: The principle of neural network’s PNN algorithm was introduced, Combining with the structure feature and work principle of the hydraulic pump, a fault diagnosis system based on PNN neural network was established. The feasibility of the system was proved through the identification, emulation and experimentation of hydraulic system’s fault patterns. The PNN control model was simulated using Matlab/Simulink toolbox. This model analyzed and studied the PNN network predictive diagnostic rate. Under different sample size and SPREAD, the simulation’s results show that this method has favorable identified capability of fault mode and favorable applicability to the hydraulic pump.

Abstract: To investigate the vibratory load of rotor with trailing edge excitation, and to study the relationship between TEF motion and hub vibratory load, a comprehensive model is built based on a conventional rotor modeling. Both the inertial force and aerodynamic force of TEF are considered. Effects of frequency, phase and amplitude of the excitation on hub vibration are discussed. The results indicate that with proper phase, hub vibration can be reduced with any of 2-5/rev trailing edge excitation. Within a reasonable range, the change in 4/rev hub vibration is more obvious with larger flap deflection. Control laws of several vibration directions are different, so various directions should be considered overall for optimal vibration control. Light TEFs are beneficial for vibration control.

Abstract: In the thesis the adaptive ability of neural network strong and good nonlinear approximation ability, A controller is designed based on BP neural network by the adaptive ability of neural network strong and good nonlinear approximation ability in this paper, this method changed defect of the usual PID controller that parameters of annealing furnace condition are not easy set and the ability to adapt is poor. The new method is not only has good stability, but also has high control precision and strong adaptability.

Abstract: Based on SCA830 accelerometer designed a low cost high precision Angle measurement device. The device adopts the real-time mean shift filtering algorithms to reduce the interference of the external environment and noise, uses piecewise linearization method for Angle sensor calibration. The experimental results show that the designed angle detection device precision can reach 0.02 °, the system is stability, digital signal transmission is complete, and it can collect real-time carrier tilt Angle.
