Abstract: With the rapid development of modern society, the industrial mechanized production reached unprecedented climax in this era. Science and technology advance increasingly, modern equipment from structure to function tends to be complex and improved, and gradually achieve a high degree of automation. However, due to the inevitable factors such as wear and tear, abrasion and chemicals infection, machinery equipment will inevitably appear unforeseen fault, causing the machine to detract from the performance, or even causing serious economic losses. Therefore, mechanical fault diagnosis can reduce equipment accident rate and ensure the long-term stable operation of the device. And applying the augmented reality to machinery fault diagnosis method research can maximize the efficiency of mechanical fault diagnosis and equipment efficiency. This article explores the prospects for the development of mechanical fault diagnosis methods based on the theoretical basis and application value of augmented reality.

Abstract: Two-axis differential speed control AGV was widely used in factory to carry cargo. AGV servo controller based on single DSP cannot meet the requirements of automatic loading goods, which greatly reduces the degree of automation. Software and hardware of three-axis AGV based on ARM9 and FPGA was discussed and designed to realize loading goods automatically, experimental results are also given.

Abstract: The principle of the frequency modulated continuous wave radar for measuring distance and velocity and signal processing method are described in this paper; To solve the signal processing problem for FMCW automotive anti-collision radar system ,the radar signal processing circuit is researched and designed, including the design of corresponding gain control amplifier circuit, power supply and filter circuit, external memory circuit ,power supply circuit ,signal interface circuit, and analyzed the results of the measurement for system. Experiments showed that the system achieved good accuracy design effect and higher measurement precision and has certain positive role to improve vehicle safety.

Abstract: IP/DVB technology is the product of combining IP with cable TV DVB network technology effectively. Using these two technologies in the video-on-demand system can take advantages of control and data transmission, which can make full use of bandwidth, and make real-time transmission more stable.

Abstract: Predictive functional control (PFC) is an advanced control algorithm, it belongs to the model predictive control. Electronic CAM is an important component of cross-cutting machine, is driven by servo motor, its structure and control performance determines the length of paper cutting. Around the PFC algorithm and the control of electronic CAM, this paper aimed at the speed of the cutter and the paper feed speed synchronization problems and have to cut the length of the paper is different, is put forward based on the predictive functional control (PFC) algorithm to predict the change of parameters of electronic CAM model itself. In this article, through the simulation, proving that PFC algorithm has strong anti-interference ability, traceability and stability.

Abstract: Many references have been focused on PQ controllers and V/f controllers, but there are some models with different components share the same control strategy. These models have different simulation results of their own. In this paper, two ordinary PQ controllers and two ordinary V/f controllers have been chosen to study the simulation results of them by Matlab/Simulink. By analyzing voltage and current waveforms of load, it has been decided which PQ controller has result which contains less unbalanced current and less harmonics, and so it is with the V/f controllers. Then the chosen controllers have been applied to an example of Master-slave control strategy for a simple micro-grid, which furthermore proves the dynamic quality of the chosen models. In this way, the problem to choose better models is solved.

Abstract: This research was to study the efficiency of cysteine (Cys) acted as a natural antioxidant, which was encapsulated in alginate/chitosan (AG/CS) microcapsules to control the thermal oxidative degradation of natural rubber STR 5L. The microcapsules were prepared by a combined method based on ionic gelation and electrospraying techniques. The preparation of AG/CS microcapsules were executed to find the appropriate parameters such as applying voltage and concentration of alginate and chitosan. The applied voltage achieved for controlling the particle size as well as narrow size distribution of microcapsule. The AG/CS/Cys microcapsules were found to be a spherical shape and the average size was approximately 120 μm. The percentage of cysteine encapsulated within AG/CS microcapsules was increased with the increasing of chitosan concentration and encapsulation efficiency of cysteine in the microcapsules is about 81%. Core-shell structure of the microcapsule was confirmed by confocal laser scanning microscopy. After that, the natural rubber STR 5L mixed with AG/CS/Cys microcapsules was evaluated the oxidative resistance by Wallace plasticity. Thermal aging test according to standard ASTM D1349 at 70°C of the STR 5L mixed with AG/CS/Cys microcapsules were carried out. Weight-average molecular weight (w) of the rubber sample before and after aging test was also investigated by gel permeation chromatography. The w of rubber sample before and after aging test presented clearly results depending on the aging time. Concisely, the AG/CS/Cys microcapsules have a potential to control release Cys and can be used to control the deterioration of raw STR 5L. The model of this encapsulation is expected to be applied with other applications.

Abstract: This paper provides a design for a PLC-based, variable-frequency governing, pressure-constant, automatic water-supply control system. This design is based on the current situations at the water supply plants found in small and medium cities in China. In this control system, the pressure signal across the pipe network is acquired by pressure sensors and then transmitted to PID modules in the PLC in order to control switching between pump motors. At the same time, the PLC is connected with a personal computer for industrial control purposes. On this computer, monitoring and control software has been installed in order to monitor and control the pressure-constant water-supply system on a real-time basis.

Abstract: In recent years, with the continuous development of our society and economy, coal mining is also expanding the scale, and belt conveyor is widely used in coal mine production as a belt conveyor device. However, in practice, due to the low mass of reactive power, large loss of reactive circulation and large starting current, belt conveyor threaten the safety of coal production in addition to bring enterprises the economic losses. In this context, the realization of coal belt conveyor automation system design can not only reduce maintenance costs, extend working life, but also ensure life and property safety of mine workers, and ultimately improve the social and economic benefits of enterprises.
