Abstract: An electronic tongue was employed to detect different brands of Chinese rice wine. The results showed that all of the seven classes of Chinese rice wine can be discriminated by Discriminant Factor Analysis (DFA) and Principal Component Analysis (PCA). Based on Artificial Neural Network (ANN), the electronic tongue can predict the marked age of Chinese rice wine, and the accuracy of prediction was above 90% averagely.

Abstract: By using dynamic programming (DP) which is a kind of global optimization algorithm, an energy management control strategy for a parallel hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) on different charging depleting range (CDR) had been studied. The results show that motor-dominant control strategy should be applied to the PHEV when CDR is less than 55km, and engine-dominant control strategy should be used when CDR is more than 55km. With optimal control strategies from DP, the best economic performance can be obtained as CDR is 55km

Abstract: Through the Matlab simulation results shown that In this paper a simple inductor circuit under cut-off discharge model presented, was more in line with the situation of the circuit discharge. Design of a power supply according to the model passed the spark test and power supply circuit meets intrinsically safe requirements.

Abstract: High voltage transmission line is the main channel of transmitting electricity, and the operation reliability is closely related to power effective transmission. In this paper, by analyzing advantages and disadvantages of traveling wave method, transmission line fault location technology based on the OPGW cable was proposed. Basic principle and advantages of this fault location technology were introduced. Three-phase overhead lines fault model was constructed based on PSCAD. Through simulations under different fault types in different fault points, the transient process of the fault phase voltage waveform was analyzed in detail and the fault point was located using the wave pattern features. By comparison, the simulation results and the actual location of fault point were in good agreement, which proved the feasibility of this fault location method.

Abstract: A common method of debris detection to detect the condition of the engine is to establish the relationship between wearing condition and the elements in debris. To accomplish this aim, the ARIMA and Auto-Regressive models should be set up by analyzing the original time series which is established in accordance with the data of debris. After that, the trend of engine wear in a cycle of overhaul can be verified and the best model can be found depending on the situation of real data of debris. So the original time series can be obtained and the time series model to monitor engine condition can be set up. This paper finally provides a reference for monitoring engine conditions and other familiar fields.

Abstract: Because of the lacking of realistic, the operators who use the existing simulation training systems cannot immerse into it. This paper presents a method that taking the EBH-120 roadheader as an example to solve the problem, with the method a motion simulation method based on physics engine is figured out. It uses 3ds Max for making 3D models and Newton physics engine for dynamic simulation. The result showed the roadheader simulation training system with real physics properties was developed based on Quest3D and Newton physics engine; it can improve the immersion of this system, and increase the deficiency of coal mine training field.

Abstract: For consistency of performance in the shape of the projectile targets, a projectile target detection algorithm is presented based on HOG (Histogram of Oriented Gradient) characterization algorithm. First, detecting the bullet image corner, and secondly, by Mean-shift algorithm improves the corner position accuracy and reduces the number of corner points, finally, applying support vector machines to extract the projectile targets. Compared with the traditional small target detection algorithm, the algorithm describes the targets more accurately, along with better real-time performance. Simulation, the projectile target detection rate of over 80% and verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.

Abstract: In this paper, we proposed a new algorithm to estimate the direction of arrival (DOA) for wideband linear frequency modulation (LFM) signals, using Radon-Wigner transform (RWT) and estimation of signal parameter via rotational invariance techniques (ESPRIT). To eliminate the cross-terms, we first utilize the RWT with its excellent time-frequency concentration performance. Then, through peak searching, the number of targets, the initial interference and the frequency modulation slope are estimated. On the this base, the array signals are reconstructed. Finally, we adopt the ESPRIT algorithm to estimate the DOA of the array signals. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can estimate the DOA of non-stationary signals with high precision.
