Abstract: The Nan Feng Tangerine is used to study the preservation effects of the chemical preservative, 1% chitosan, 1% carboxymethyl with 1% chitosan, and 1% carboxymethyl with 50ppm Silver Nano composite. The results show that the tangerine weight losses after preservative treatments are lower than the loss of the control group, and the total citrus-sugar content, citrus-Vitamin C content and total citrus-acid content are higher than those of the control group. In conclusion, the Silver Nano composite has the best preservative effect on the Nan Feng citrus, and the effect using film preservation is better than that using the chemical preservation.

Abstract: The interaction of sulfadiazine (SDZ) and human serum albumin (HSA) in phosphate buffer solution had been investigated using multi-spectroscopic methods. The inner filter effect was corrected. The quenching mechanism was determined to be static quenching according to the fluorescence measurement. The thermodynamic parameters (enthalpy change (ΔH) and entropy change (ΔS)) were calculated to be-9.70 KJ·mol-1 and 46.07 J·mol-1·K-1, respectively, which indicated that hydrogen bonds and hydrophobic interactions play the major role on driven the interaction of SDZ with HSA. SDZ binds in the vicinity of site I in HSA, and the binding distance was 1.93 nm. In addition, the effects of HSA secondary structure were quantitatively calculated by CD spectra.

Abstract: In order to study the durability of reinforced chemically bonded ceramics-based concrete structural members in marine environment, both the experiment of chloride ion permeability-resistance and rapid corrosion experiment of rebar in the CBC concrete were conducted. The methods of ASTM C1202,RCM and NEL were used to comprehensively assess the ability of chloride ion permeability-resistance of CBC concrete, electric flux and unsteady migration coefficients were taken as estimate indexes, while in the rapid corrosion experiment of rebar under the condition of immersing-drying circulating, rusty accumulation rate and weight loss ratio were taken as estimate indexes. The results of experiments indicate that CBC concrete has strong resistibility for chloride ion penetration, however, it cannot protect the internal rebar effectively, for the reason that the rebar in this test has been seriously corroded.

Abstract: Aim of this work is to provide a quantitative solution which clarifies the integrity of cement sheath under given underground environmental conditions at bottom section of Macondo well #1 in deep water Gulf of Mexico. With three-dimensional Finite Element Method, mechanical behavior of the model for Macondo #1 well has been investigated, with particular concerns on continuum damage variable and pore pressure distribution within interface element. Quantitative results are obtained for distribution of mechanical variables. Principal conclusions are: 1) With regular properties of cement material, it is shown that the integrity of cement ring is good, no damage could occur within interface elements, and consequently no oil could escape through cement ring. 2) With poor mechanical properties of weak cement, which could be true because of disturbance occurred in its setting process, there are two damage bands existing within interface elements. These two damage bands form two channels at where values of pore pressure are obviously higher than that its neighboring matrix. These phenomena indicate that oil could escape through these interface elements.

Abstract: In order to solute the question of boiler ignition in thermal electrical factory of an Aluminun plant,Coke-oven gas was used to substitute for ligtht oil.At the same output of boiler,the cost of start up can be reduced;at low boiler output coke-oven gas can be used to ignite coal,and the ignition was steady.Once upon a time,the coke-oven gas was ignited directly in the air,it wasted energy and caused envirnmental pollution.The coke-oven gas guns were placed in the under secondary air and the middle secondary air,the output of single gas gun was 800Nm3/h;the virtue of the arrangement was to prevent coke-oven gas consuming so much air for the coal.

Abstract: In this paper, conventional pyrolysis (CP) and microwave pyrolysis (MWP) for three types of low rank coal in western China was studied. The effects of pyrolysis methods and temperature etc on product yields were also discussed. Pyrolysis products were characterized by IR, Gas analysis meter and GC-MS. Results showed that the tar and gas yields in microwave pyrolysis is about 3%-5% higher than those in the conventional pyrolysis. H2 and CO proportions in gas are above 55%. The contents of benzene, aromatic hydrocarbon and phenolic compound in microwave pyrolysis tar are higher than those in the conventional pyrolysis, in addition, C5~C10 substance content in tar is about 5 times as that in the conventional, so the microwave pyrolysis can prompt tar converting to light fraction.

Abstract: In the presence of acetic acid, the effects of pH, processing time, addition of Fe2+ and H2O2 on dye wastewater treatment were studied. Experimental results showed that in the presence of acetic acid, when the pH value was 4, the processing time was 30.0min, addition of ferrous sulfate was 4.8g/L, and addition of hydrogen peroxide was 56mL/L, the treatment effect was the best, COD removal rate reached 51.0%. Further studied of the effect of the presence of acetic acid on Fenton’s oxidation of dye wastewater, the results showed that without of acetic acid, the COD removal rate was higher than that with acetic acid. And the effect of Fenton's reagent on oxidation of dye substances was interfered by the presence of acetic acid.

Abstract: Employment insecurity and an insecure safety atmosphere are the main factors that deteriorate the morale of construction workers [1]. These are both indirect causes that may have a great impact on the risk of an accident in the long term, and as such need to be studied [2]. Therefore, this study examines the relationship between employment insecurity and safety atmosphere and the safety behavior of construction workers. Through verification of the model presented in this study, it was proven that employment insecurity and safety atmosphere have an impact on safety behavior.
