Abstract: The separate content of six types of heavy metals (Cd, Hg, Pb, As, Cu and Cr) in soil for Yanjiao area was evaluated in this article. Hakanson Potential ecological risk index was applied to analyze single factor potential ecological risk possibility and comprehensive ecological risk index regarding six types of pollution element in the soil. The result shows that the average value of potential ecological risk index sequences as Cd>Hg>Pb>Cu>As>Cr. The average ecological risk index of Cd is 44.90, which indicates that the soil ecological risk of the area is moderate. The average ecological risk index of other 5 types of heavy metals belongs to mild ecological risk grade. Based on the analysis of comprehensive ecological risk index, 15% of the sample points belong to the moderately ecological risk grade, and the rest 85% sample points belong to the lightly ecological risk grade. Among these elements, Cd and Hg contribute most to the ecological risk, and they are the major risk elements of the ecological risk.

Abstract: The medium temperature heat pipe is a highly effective heat transfer element through heat exchange due to phase change of the liquid organic working fluid. A medium temperature heat pipe used in solar energy receiver of parabolic trough thermal power generating system has been analysed, and a medium temperature heat pipe with liquid organic working fluid has been designed. The isothermal performance and heat transfer performance of the medium temperature heat pipe with liquid organic working fluid have been tested under various power input and different inclined angles. Test proves that axial temperature difference of half circle heated medium temperature heat pipe is smaller, and the half circle heated heat pipe with inclined angle is 4°and 8°can work stably, having good axial isothermal performance and heat transfer performance, the influence on isothermal performance and heat transfer performance of the medium temperature heat pipe can be neglected.

Abstract: According to the practice of city gas odorization, the technological thought that the diffusion behavior of natural gas in soil was indirectly reflected by the adsorption capacity of tetrahydrothiophene (THT) as an odorant of natural gas in soil was put forward and explored. The adsorbed amount of THT in soil samples by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GS-MS) with purge and trap was determined. The impact of four parameters (namely gas leakage, water content, particle size and texture of the soil) on the adsorption properties of soil was then quantitatively analyzed. The experimental results showed that at initial stage of adsorption, the adsorption capacity of THT in soil sample was linear positively correlated with gas leakage and was negatively correlated with water content of the soil and there were no significant differences between particle size and texture of the soil and the amount of THT.

Abstract: Energy harvesting from wasting natural energy is a keen interested in research topic in order to find environmentally friendly energy source because of climate change. This paper was investigated energy harvesting issues using thermoelectric technology which used a temperature gradient to generated electricity. This paper describes the investigation of an energy harvest system to be installed on the infrastructure that was constructed with concrete. The system will collect energy from the temperature difference between surface and inside of concrete structure. This paper presents a feasible energy harvesting using the thermoelectric technology on concrete structure in road.

Abstract: Smart grid based on Ethernet technology is the development direction of power transmission network, power Ethernet carried different data communication service, which have different needs for network transmission time delay and bandwidth guarantee, which is reflected in the quality of service of network QoS (Quality of Service) requirements, in power Ethernet, QoS which can provided differentiated services (Diff-Serv) is essential. This paper outlines QoS implementation, QoS feature and related technologies in the power Ethernet switch, and analyses the flow characteristics of digital substation network, and proposes classification and scheduling scheme of service traffic based on network nodes, and elaborates an important effect that QoS has in ensuring substation communication network transmission of high quality service.

Abstract: Inhalable particles suspended in air were an important pollution of atmospheric Environment. Because of very small in size, they were different to be captured by conventional filter. Chemical active agent, surfactant and flocculate, were introduced into chamber and encouraged the agglomeration of inhalable particles. Nonionic surfactant could reduce more than 30% of particles, while ionic surfactant could lead to the decrement of 23-26%. The particle removal efficiencies were only 15-18% in the presence of polymer flocculate and slightly above that of water. The larger droplet of spray favored the agglomeration of inhalable particles. Increasing the surfactant concentration resulted in the higher removal of inhalable particle.

Abstract: In this paper, the drag force of multi-bundled conductors in the flow of wind was analyzed. Numerical simulation of flow around power transmission multi-bundled conductors has been carried out. The drag force of power transmission lines ice-accreted/unaccreted in strong wind was investigated in detail. The drag total force coefficients and each line of the multi-bundled transmission lines were obtained and compared with the empirical results. This paper provided another more accurate method to get the drag force in the design of transmission lines.

Abstract: Some coking plants discharge coke-oven gas to the environment,this pollute the air.In order to solute the problem,the paper proposed a method:using coke-oven gas instead of light oil to ignite the boiler.The virtue of doing this was to save energy.Using FLUENT software package to simulate ignition in boiler is a effective mean,it can show the distribution of temperature in the furnace.The simulation result shows that using CFD methods can provide ideas for the operation of the boiler.Keywords:numerical simulation,CFD,finite-rate/eddy-dissipation

Abstract: Numerical simulation of the combustion and emissions of HPDI engine under different natural gas substitution rate was performed using AVL FIRE . The effects of natural gas substitution rate on cylinder average pressure, temperature, heat release rate, NO and Soot were analyzed under four typical conditions. Cylinder average pressure and temperature decrease with increasing natural gas substitution rate. Furthermore, the NO emission will decrease significantly under the same circumstances.
