Abstract: With TOP243Y as control chip of multiplexed output flyback switch power supply, has the advantages of small volume, high integration and strong function, and the high-frequency transformer design and calculation large effect on the overall performance of multiple output the switch power supply. Based on the design computation to optimize the parameters of the transformer can be achieved to improve voltage accuracy, reducing the ripple effect. Seen from the experimental data and waveform of the switching power supply regulator, electromagnetic compatibility are good, meet the design requirements.

Abstract: Analyzing success probability of the ignition system of aviation piston engine based on GO methodology.Constructing the GO diagram of the ignition system of aviation piston engine and definites operational character types and fault rates.Using two quantification analysis methods without considering effects from the shared signal (signal generator 3),the success probabilities of the ignition system is 0.693. With considering effects from the shared signal (signal generator 3),the success probabilities of the ignition system is 0.707 by the corrected probability computing formula.so the effect from the shared signal should not be omitted.Using qualitative analysis method,the sum of the failure probability of minimal cut sets is0.780. After verification,the accuracy of reliability analysis for the ignition system using the corrected GO model with considering effects from shared signals is highest,and this GO model is applicable for reliabiliity analysis of the ignition system of aviation piston engine.

Abstract: The oxidation of 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons compounds (PAHs) in sediments by sodium persulfate (Na2S2O8) activated by temperature and nanoscale zero−valent iron (nZVI) as the source of catalytic ferrous iron was investigated. The effect of various controlling factors including S2O82− (0.017–170 g/L), nZVI (0.01–1 g/L), and temperature (50–70°C) were performed. The efficiency to remove PAHs was not too high as 10.7–39.1% for unactivated persulfate. Results from experiments indicate that increasing temperature or the addition of nZVI into a persulfate-slurry system could enhance the persulfate oxidation process. The best removal efficiency (86.3%) was attained after 24 hr while adding nZVI (0.5 g/L) to persulfate (170 g/L) at temperature of 25°C. The results of our study suggest that nZVI assisted persulfate oxidation without elevating temperature is a suitable and economic alternative for the ex–situ treatment of PAHs contaminated sediments.

Abstract: The functional relation of inlet air quantity, total heat load, ambient air temperature and humidity of the mechanical cooling tower was analyzed. The curves of inlet air quantity with total heat load, ambient air temperature and humidity were plotted by programing. The results show that the inlet air quantity will increase linearly with total heat load and with ambient humidity as well, but the influence was less. Finally the function of inlet air quantity for mechanical cooling tower is fitted. The function can calculate the inlet air quantity for automatic control system of mechanical cooling tower, to achieve the goal of energy saving.

Research on a Portable Detection Device of DC Electric Energy in Electrical Vehicle Charging Station
Abstract: To meet the testing need of wide range DC electrical energy meter in charging stations with the promotion of electrical vehicles, implementation of a portable DC electrical energy meter detection device is proposed. Based on the existing DC electrical energy meter testing procedure, the implementation, detection principle, hardware design and software ideas are introduced. Experiments show that the system can automatically detect the setting items and the testing results are reliable. Strong technical support and service for the development of electric vehicle charging stations is provided.

Abstract: Dynamic reserves are the important basis for determining the reasonable deliverability of gas wells and well spacing density and also the foundation for the overall development plan of a gas field. Therefore, the evaluation of dynamic reserves of gas wells is crucially important to developing gas fields with high efficiency, optimizing well pattern and shortening development period. For this reason, this paper arranges and analyzes systematically a series of calculation methods for dynamic reserves of single gas well, which have arisen in recent years, and identifies the calculation methods for different types of gas reservoirs.

Abstract: Utilizing the harmonic state assessment technology to locate harmonic source is put forward as people attaching importance to harmonic problems. This method has the overall observability, which is suitable for application in the actual system. In this paper, firstly, the conception and mathematical descriptions of harmonic state assessment technology is introduced, then several current harmonic state assessment methods to locate harmonic source are summarized and reviewed. Lastly, this paper proposes several problems to be solved for using harmonic state assessment to locate harmonic source in the future.

Abstract: This paper introduces a fault tree (FT) method based on fuzzy numbers, aiming to deal with the inadequate statistics and the uncertain probability of the basic events during the fault tree analysis for power transmission line field maintenance work. Based on expert judgment, the Delphi method is used to transform fuzzy language to triangular fuzzy numbers, finally an approach for defuzzification is developed. A typical hazard in replacing the linear composite insulator of 500kV transmission line field maintenance work is presented for a case study. The method is conducive to a better risk pre-control and decision-making.
