Abstract: To the widely used simple symmetric bevel gear differential, a fuzzy reliability-optimization mathematical model of a pair of bevel gear transmission is established, which used the bevel gear transmission as the research object, used the smallest volume of the gear transmission as the objective function, and used the end face module, the number of teeth and the coefficient of tooth face width as the design variables. Considering the randomness and fuzziness of the design parameters, an genetic algorithm control scheme was proposed for the optimal design, the numerical simulation results show that the volume of the gear transmission can be decreased by 3.36%, and the optimization design algorithm is more corresponded to engineering practice.

Abstract: This paper proposes a new design method of adaptive GPC-based PID controller. The proportional gain of a PID controller is time-varying, and the PID controller is designed based on strongly stable GPC that is extended by using coprime factorization. Hence, a GPC law can be approximated by the PID controller finely. Finally, the system parameters are updated in real-time to resist to disturbance, by using the RLS method. Simulation examples show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Abstract: Considering the characteristics and control requirements of assembly line, we develop a virtual simulation system which combines virtual reality and electrical control technology. The system can be used in system monitoring, debugging and staff training. The electrical control program is written by software of Rockwell based on virtual PLC, which realizes the application of velocity curve in linear type and Cosine-linear type on the object of virtual simulation through the RSTestStand software to build 3D virtual simulation model of the automatic assembly system of manipulator. The motion visual effect and monitor curve on the object of virtual simulation can indicate that the control system works well. It can also reduce mechanical arm joint motion and force effectively, through the start and stop, acceleration and deceleration of the manipulator movement and optimization of the speed using cosine timing scheme in uniform conversion.

Abstract: An angle maneuver control strategy of spacecraft with two flexible appendages based on component synthesis vibration suppression (CSVS) method is put forward. Unwanted flexible vibration modes can be eliminated while desired rigid motion can be achieved by this method. Jet device and Momentum wheel system are used as the actuator of the spacecraft’s angle maneuver. Several time-fuel control strategies are designed for spacecraft with flexible appendages. Simulation results validate the feasibility of the CSVS method. The DC motor control method is researched in order to combine momentum wheel system with CSVS method.

Abstract: Green manufacturing has become a major trend in the 21st century manufacturing industry. Manufacturing is the main source of resource consumption and environmental pollution. Developed countries have researched green manufacturing for many years. In this paper, the application situation of green manufacturing in China automobile industry was studied. First, the application situation of green manufacturing in China auto industry was described from three aspects: green design, green processing and remanufacturing technology. Finally, the automobile industry development strategies of green manufacturing were discussed.

Abstract: Surface texturing has become a technique to reduce friction and wear in cutting process; laser surface texturing is a method used to create micro-dimples on the interface surface. It is considered that cutting of titanium is difficult. As the experiments are costly and time demanding, metal cutting modeling provides an alternative way for better understanding of machining processes under different cutting conditions. In this paper a 3D finite element model has been used to simulate the cutting process of titanium alloy Ti6Al4V to predict the cutting forces and temperatures.

Abstract: Requirements of the longitudinal control augmentation system are presented through studying the 25th China Civil Aviation Regulations and C* flight quality evaluation criterion; The C* control augmentation scheme commonly used in modern large airliners is adopted to design the control augmentation system due to the stability and handling problems for the flying wing aircraft; The particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed due to the parameter-scheduling difficulties in the designed control augmentation system. Numerical simulation shows that the designed C* control augmentation scheme is feasible.

Abstract: The low utilization rate of the traditional lighting system lighting and the overall layout and wiring costs high affecting the overall appearance and so many problems. This design of an intelligent lighting control system based on ZigBee technology. Using ZigBee CC2530 of the TI Company, the system researches and designs a sending module and a receiving module of intelligent wireless lighting control system. The ZigBee terminal node sends control signal to the coordinator node. The coordinator node CC2530 output of PWM wave signal according to the control instruction signal. the output of the PWM wave signal controlled the LED brightness through PT4115 chip LED driver circuit. Through tests,the results show that it can meet the demand of daily light regulation.

Abstract: Elimination gasoline vapor in oil tank by mechanical ventilation has disadvantages of long vent time poor safety, and low efficiency, however, those shortcomings can be better conquered if combusted gas is used in the process of the mechanical ventilation. Based on former studies, the research on the effects of inlet location on gasoline vapor’s inert replacement in oil tank by combusted inert gas is studied experimentally in this paper. The conclusions in this paper can provide some useful guidance for the field project of gasoline vapor’s inert replacement in oil tank.

Abstract: This article focuses on double loop transmission dynamics simulation analysis based on ADAMS. The translation of double loop transmission gear transmission mechanism from the establishment of the model, edit component and add constraint is introduced in detail, finally it is concluded that the rotating speed and meshing force simulation results. From the simulation results can be concluded that the speed has consistency with the theoretical value, confirmed that the gear parametric modeling and the rationality of the transmission system modeling process. From the simulation results can be concluded that two inner gear meshing force between the ring plate and the outer gear meshing force always close to constant, two plate respectively on the annular gear meshing force of equal size.
