Abstract: Against the shortcomings of the live washing artificially, this paper puts forward a system about live washing robot, this system contains hydraulic system, video surveillance system, automatic regulatory system, communication system and motion control system. These subsystems can cooperate to complete live washing tasks. The operator commands manipulator and car from a cabin on the truck via a portable control box. In order to protect the operator, this system takes use of the wireless communication. This robotic system can finish the washing task perfectly instead of human. As for the inverse kinematic about the manipulator, this paper puts forward a new algorithm which is combined geometric method with algebraic method and confirms it’s correctness by simulation.

Abstract: SIROX is a new heating and humidifying technology to substitute HT. It changes the heating insufficient and humidifying poor uniformity of tunnel HT. It uses locking air means in feeding and the steam is supplied through the rotary joint to the turning bars with steam orifice. So that the material will uniformly warm and humidify better and overcome the shortcomings of HT’s. SIROX has simple structure, low maintenance costs, easy to clean. This paper analyzes the composition and working principle of several heating and humidifying devices and their respective advantages and disadvantages, provides a reference for the heating and humidifying technology.

Abstract: In order to reduce aerodynamic noise in high-speed train cab,the SEA model of cab is established. The fluctuation pressures from train head surface are calculated by large eddy simulation method. Using fluctuation pressure as excitation force, power flow caused by airflow among sub-systems of SEA model of cab is obtained. Two schemes are put forward to reduce the aerodynamic noise in cab, namely interior decoration modification and windowpane thickness increase. The results show that when a layer of splint with 0.01 m thickness, 0.5 loss factor is added to the original decoration in cab, the overall sound pressure level (SPL) at driver head location will reduce 1.23 dB(A). When the cab windowpane thickness is increased to 5 mm from 4 mm, the overall SPL at the driver head location will reduce 0.87 dB(A).

Abstract: In this study, an ultrafine WEDM (wire electrical discharge machining) of micro-channel mold is proposed. It could be divided into two parts, rough machining and finish processing. In rough machining procedure, high machining voltage is adopted to improve machining efficiency. In finish machining procedure, extended and trimmed tool path is adopted to obtain the cusp at the corner, low electrical parameters is adopted to improve surface quality and dimensional precision. By conducting finish machining of 40V, a better surface-quality with Ra of 0.32μm and high aspect ratio of 20:1 was fabricated.

Abstract: Control core of Intelligent automatic patrol car track (photovoltaic group) uses G128 chip, which function modules include: laser sensor, speed control module, the servo control module. The basic principle is that the control center sends a signal to the laser sensor module, which controls laser tube launching and receives data by laser receiver returning. According to the data of the receiver, the core module synchronously controls servo module and the speed module. The main program uses a PID algorithm by C language.

Abstract: Leakage causes of branch pipe of unit thermal networks were discussed based on macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, metallurgical microstructure inspection, mechanical property tests, SEM and EDS analysis. The experimental results showed that frequent contact of outer pipe wall with corrosion media and thermal fatigue load led to early crack of the pipe. During compression test, the crack propagated under increased compression stress and burst finally. Suggestions were provided to prevent similar events happening.

Abstract: The coal mine drainage equip ment plays an important role to make the production normally and orderly. At present, domestic coal mine drainage system implement manual monitoring, namely the traditional relay control method.Feature of this method is that a large labor intensity, low reliability and stability,and complicated control circuit,it has not adapted to the needs of the development of coal.In this paper, design of the automatic drainage system is to make up for the shortage of the traditional relay control,it adopts PLC control with a combination of PC monitor to improve the safety of the work,and has a long service life, convenient maintenance, etc.

Abstract: Adopt a PLC controller as the core and combined hydraulic supports CAN bus technology to build electro-hydraulic control system, the composition and working principle of hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system will be described; according to the control system control requirements to achieve a single frame single action moving, single rack sequential linkage, group exercise, shearer position detection and the overall program design, while the stent control system software and hardware design. Verification shows that the system is able to achieve its basic functions. Reference to automate the development of the growing coal mine hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system.

Abstract: This paper is devoted to robust control design for block multilinked nonlinear dynamical systems. Transformation of the block system to the single block system is proposed. For the considered block systems function of Lyapunov is designed. It is proved if the number of controls is equal to or more than the number of state variables of the block, then in the given area the closed-loop system conditions of stability followed controllability conditions. Control design accounts limitations of controls and state variables. Modeling results for nonlinear objects control systems are presented.

Abstract: Motion analysis was carried out on the working device of shaper. The simulation model of the Shaping machine is established based on the multi-mechanical system simulation software ADAMS. Through the simulation analysis, we can get the kinematics characteristics of each rod of shaper. In the method, simulation is authentic, visualized and convenient in measurement. The result shows that the method is efficient and useful in the kinematic and dynamic characteristics analysis of mechanism.
