Abstract: Although the traditional synchronous control system for the virtual shaft has met the accuracy requirements of most products, it still can not fully meet the requirements, for the high precision, high synchronization control. This article proposed multi-motor synchronous control strategy based on the relative coupling control combined with virtual main spindle control, and built simulation platform by Matlab/Simulink and simulated the strategy. The simulation result shows that the synchronous control strategy mentioned in this article can overcome synchronization error brought by external disturbance and parameter variation. Moreover, it will better achieve the multi-motor synchronous control compared with the traditional virtual shaft synchronization scheme

Abstract: In order to resolve the operation difficulty, high cost problems of traditional manual cell microinjection, a low-cost microinjection system based on hybrid-driven micro-robot is presented. System is mainly composed of microscope, 3-DOF(degrees of freedom) micro-robot, signal generator and power amplifier. Firstly, we describe the automated microinjection system. Secondly, we analyze the motion performance of the robot in the horizontal and vertical direction. The single step resolution is less than 5um each step working at a frequency more than 200Hz. Maximum range of vertical motion is 5mm and minimum resolution ups to 2um. Finally, shrimp egg microinjection experiment is conducted using our system. The experimental result shows that this proposed scheme is simple, reproducible and can achieve microinjection success rate of 88%.

Abstract: This paper provides an intelligent control system of water washing robot for Substations, which is based on the Internet of Things Technology and uses WIFI network as the link, effectively solves the problem that building control system of hydraulic manipulator under the environment of high voltage and strong magnetic in substation. This system uses Multi-Sensor Fusion Technology to construct a insulation protection control system of water washing robot, it can ensures the safe operation of the robot and the substation equipments. By utilizing this system to replace the operators, it can wash the equipments in substation for live working so that it can effectively reduce the heavy labor by manual and ensure safety of operators. And also, it can prevent equipments from pollution flash-over accidents happening and guarantee the power grid safe operation.

Abstract: Multi-station stamping production with high production efficiency and low overall cost is an important technology for mass production of automotive components. This paper aims at the shape characteristics and overall process of the rear fender extension plate, determines the clamping position, works out the clamp plan during the parts transmission from OP20 to OP30, and builds the horizontal and vertical deflection mechanical models. After calculation and comparison, a suitable mode is selected for the production of clamping. The selection and check of clamping position provides a method and practical example for real production.

Abstract: Foreign body removal is a key process to improve the inherent quality of cigarettes and the level of tobacco purify has significant impact on the quality of cigarette. For removing metal debris, you can use the metal detector; removing feathers, film sheet, twine, weeds and other lightweight debris, you can use the winnowing; removing debris that have same mass as tobacco, you will rely mainly on online foreign body removal system, including camera systems or laser optical sorting system. In this paper, methods of purifying tobacco production and their applications were studied, it has important references for other impurity applications in different areas.

Abstract: In this paper,the main study is virtual instrument experimental systems based on reconfigurable computing technology. The system is divided into a computer, the master FPGA,reconfigurable FPGA,and instrumentation port drivers,adopting dynamic and static combination mode,the master FPGA chooses a different download programs to achieve the reconfiguration of slave FPGA;through designing two functional modules of counter and function generator,reconfigurable performance of the virtual system is verified.Modular standard hardware is the hard fundament for virtual instrument. The traditional hardware module is independent entity one by one, which make them inflexible in configuration and large in volume. Depending on the FPGA hardware and reconfigurable computing technology, the function of many instruments can be realized in FPGA. The dynamic configuration can realize new function and reduce the volume of the instruments, which make the function of virtual instrument more powerful and realize the virtual instrument in a real sense.

Abstract: Indoor positioning via mobile device is one of the unexploited research area. With the popularity of Wi-Fiaccess points inside buildings, Wi-Fi localization becomes one of the feasible method to assist the indoor positioning. However, due to the complication of indoor environment, indoor positioning merely depending on Wi-Filocalization is not robust against interference of electromagnetism and structure of the building. Thus, with the assistance of inertial positioning technique, we present a robust indoor positioning technique and it gains good performance on energy consumption and localization accuracy.

Design and Implementation of Intermediate Frequency Generation and Analysis Module for Avionics Test
Abstract: To test airborne avionics device, it is necessary to provide signal stimulus for the device under test (DUT) to simulate the real work environment. This paper proposes a hardware module which used to signal generate and analyze. The hardware structure and diagram of logic design are described. The generated waveforms and measurement results are presented. This test module combined with other necessary modules can achieve the test of L band airborne avionics such as ATC, TCAS and TACAN.

This article puts forward the concept of boundary detection based on the black box testing. And with the idea of boundary detection, a cross-platform sensitive data leakage detection system is built.

Abstract: In this paper, we propose a network-based remote diagnosis system for ion nitrogen furnace. This system consists of the site measurement, control and diagnosis end, GPRS communication module, and remote fault diagnosis end. This system can collect and transmit data for the remote fault diagnosis. Experiments demonstrate that the proposed system can satisfy the user-specified requirements.
