Abstract: The infrared detector is the kernel of an infrared thermal imager. Usually it is the most expensive device. This paper describes a new infrared thermal design, based on an uncooled infrared detector with high performance and low price. It describes the specifications of the infrared detector and illustrates detailed the circuit to driver the infrared detector, include pivotal functions like TEC control and bias-voltages generation. The software to obtain image, correct non-uniformity and enhancement image is discussed also. At last, some infrared images prove the correctness of this design.

Abstract: The Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope (HXMT) is an X-ray satellite devoted to a sensitive all-sky survey and to study timing and spectral characteristics of X-ray sources. In this paper, the requirement of planning for the satellite is described at first. And then based on the discussion of the observation requirement and the constraints of planning, an evolution scheduling algorithm is designed. The algorithm is based on NSGA-II. The observe windows of each observation are used as gene to composing a chromosome. The genetic operations, including selection, crossover and mutation, are based on the DNA coding. Results are presented according a test set, and some conclusions and possible improvements will finally be outlined.

Abstract: In this paper, we studied division, expression and reorganization of the knowledge segments of emergency plans, and make emergency plans structured through category theory. As for the process intersections and process differences of some similar emergency plans and cases, we designed extrapolation algorithm to get the given the total minimal set of these processes. Then, according to the existing process segments retrieved for users need, we can get the emergency response process adapt to the incident scene through the merger of these segments, and realize the dynamic generation of digital plans through merging and restructuring of knowledge segments.

Abstract: With the improvement of our openness and the pressure of RMB appreciation in recent years, studies the equilibrium exchange rate is extremely important. First, the article introduces the background and current status of the equilibrium exchange rate. Second, the article is not innovative empirical analysis in the past, but through the simulation method by CD and CES production function, use the program to calculate the equilibrium exchange rate .By changing the amount of money supply and labor supply of country 1 and country 2 to observe whether the exchange rate changes. Finally,we know that the change of labor supply does not affect equilibrium exchange rate, changes in the money supply affect the equilibrium exchange rate, exchange rate changes and to analyze the reasons for the appreciation or depreciation of the currency. Finally, a brief introduction to the current exchange rate regime and its reforms.

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of robust continuous parameter design in the Target-being-best, in which the output value can be obtained by theoretical calculation, an optimization method based on genetic evolution is proposed. Firstly, the researched problem is described mathematically and an optimization model is established with the objective to minimize the average quality loss of a sample. Secondly, the optimization method based on genetic evolution for the researched problem is proposed. Thirdly, the genetic algorithm for robust continuous parameter design in the Target-being-best is presented and designed. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is validated by case study.

Abstract: When decision makers are hesitant among different linguistic terms, the traditional use of one single linguistic term will restrict the accuracy of personal preference expressed by experts, it is necessary to use composite linguistic term which contains both the one single linguistic terms and the comparative linguistic expressions. Firstly, with the use of context-free grammars, two-tuple linguistic representation model and hesitant fuzzy linguistic term sets, the linguistic expressions of the preference relations provided by experts are transformed into judgment matrix, then the suitable aggregation operators will be selected to obtain a best solution to the problem. Finally, a new group decision making model based on composite linguistic expressions has been proposed and a practical example has been analyzed to verify the reasonability and feasibility of the approach.

Abstract: The way of energy spectrum acquisition aimed at nuclear signal, putting forward a kind of pile-up pulse separation technology research based on MATLAB. It takes MATLAB as processing platform, adopts graphical user interface (GUI) as design tools, establishs pile-up pulse signal simulation module, in order for nuclear accumulation of signal pulse which can be used in many cases to provide initial data for further research. Through the proposed platform, researching on the way and theory of pile-up pulse separation, and programming to achieve processing method, combining the separation results from different pile up pulse cases and to make an analysis, giving the best processing method and suggestion on treatment scheme, so as to provide basis for the improvement of digital nuclear spectrum system.

Abstract: Extreme Learning Machine-Radial Basis Function (ELM-RBF) not only inherit RBF’s merit of not suffering from local minima, but also ELM’s merit of fast learning speed, Nevertheless, it is still a research hot area of how to improve the generalization ability of ELM-RBF network. Genetic Algorithms (GA) to solve optimization problem has its unique advantage. Considered on these, the paper adopted GA to optimize ELM-RBF neural network hidden layer neurons center and biases value. Experiments data results indicated that our proposed combined algorithm has better generalization performance than classical ELM-RBF, it achieved the basic anticipated task of design.

Abstract: In signal analysis, as a new representation, the sparse representation caused widespread concern of scholars at home and abroad, and signal processing and analysis produced a very significant impact. Feather and Down is closely related to people's lives, different kinds of down, the price difference is bigger, and thermal properties are different, and therefore, feather species identification has always been an important issue. This paper studies the sparse representation in image processing, while the types of detection of Down key technologies studied, proposed a new algorithm to detect the type of feather sparse representation. In this algorithm, an improved sparse we will de-noising method based on the introduction of a global atomic library come down on the previous species detection algorithm has been improved. The algorithm is applied to obtain a certain effect, making feather and down recognition rate has improved to some extent, the effect is significant.

Abstract: Under the circumstances of informationized war, how to distribute firepower units in the most economic manner to maximize the performance of combat system as a whole has become the hot topic with which the combat agent is concerned. The conventional static method based on linear programming intends to distribute firepower units to the enemy targets under certain restrictions as possible as it can , when the number of enemy targets is more than that of the firepower units, there will be multiple firepower units acting to the same enemy target, the effectiveness of combat will be greatly reduced oppositely while the invasion intensity of enemy targets is becoming larger and stronger suddenly. The threat intensity of coming enemy target is included into performance indices for distribution by Markov random target dynamic distribution strategy. based on the original static distribution strategy proposed by this paper, and the weapons will be redistributed to other targets when one weapon finishes its shooting with no more targets distributed, and the less efficient weapons will be replaced with those more efficient ones. Thus, the system can still redistribute firepower units to enemy targets that haven’t been destroyed according to the current status of weapon system's firepower units, even though no new targets arrive or no new instructions of dynamic firepower targets’ distribution decisions are given. All these can help minimize the whole threatening intensity of enemy group, in order to realize the maximum of weapon system’s average economic benefit of combat in the long term.
