Abstract: Permutation flow shop scheduling problem is a complicated global optimum problem. In this paper, according to the characteristics of permutation flow shop scheduling problem, an improved bat algorithm was used to solve permutation flow shop scheduling problem. The algorithm was experimented and the experimental results show that the improved bat algorithm has better feasibility and validity for solving permutation flow shop scheduling problem.

Abstract: In this paper, according to the characteristics of nonlinear equations. A new algorithm, Quantum Ant Colony Algorithm (QACA) is proposed. The core is that Q-bit and quantum rotation gate adopted in QEA are introduced into ACS to represent and update the pheromone respectively, so it has better diversity and global search capacity. The experimental result demonstrates that QACA can get better solutions to nonlinear equations.

Abstract: In this paper, according to the characteristics of ill-conditioned linear equations. A Cuckoo Search Algorithm was used to solve the systems of ill-conditioned linear equations, the algorithm was experimented and the experimental results show that the algorithm to be successful in locating multiple solutions and better accuracy. Abstract: A novel image encryption scheme comprising of one permutation process and one diffusion process is proposed. In the permutation process, the image sized is expanded to one sized by dividing the plain-image into two parts: one consisting of the higher 4bits and one consisting of the lower 4bits. The permutation operations are done row-by-row and column-by-column to increase the speed. The chaotic generalized Arnold map is utilized to generate chaotic sequence, which is quantized to shuffle the expanded image. The chaotic sequence for permutation process is dependent on plain-image and cipher keys, resulting in good key sensitivity and plain-image sensitivity. To achieve more avalanche effect and larger key space, Chinese Remainder Theorem is applied to diffuse the shuffled image. The key sensitivity and key space of the proposed image encryption have been analyzed as well. The experimental results suggest that the proposed image encryption scheme can be used for secure image and video communication applications.

Abstract: In hand-drawn graphics modeling method, the input to the system free hand draw curve is the first step in modeling. Effective fitting the curve of the input is the key to modeling effect is good or bad. For noise, free shape features of hand-painted curve, presents a method of using NURBS curve fitting of hand-painted curves. Experiments show that using NURBS hand-drawn curve fitting, the fitting effect is good, easy to modify, for later use of curve, not only can be used in hand-painted curve modeling system, can also be applied to the mainstream way of WIMP modeling system.

Abstract: On the basis of the original multi-dimensional Taylor network, the control input item is added to constitute the nonlinear dynamic model, which is used to optimally control SISO nonlinear system only by output feedback without both meeting the Lipschitz condition and needing the state observer or the system disturbance estimation. Parameters of the multi-dimensional network with the control input item are trained by the conjugate gradient method. Through the simulation, it is demonstrated that the multi-dimensional Taylor network used as the optimal SISO nonlinear system regulator is effective.

Abstract: the food forecast is very important for grain production, adjusting the important theoretical basis for grain planting structure, making the food security and agricultural sustainable development strategy. In order to solve the insufficiency of the traditional model selection criteria in practical application, the relationship between the quantity of consumption and time, time series forecasting models of food grain consumption per capita in China. The results showed that, two timing the predictive fitting statistical index model is highly significant, by applying the model to the data of inside forecast more accurate prediction results, but because of many influence factors, its accuracy to be tested time and actual.

Abstract: The idea of using time series analysis to predict product is not new. At present, there are many food resources prediction and evaluation, and in the agricultural research it is prediction good method of international popular food like method, remote sensing prediction method, multiple regression and other methods to predict yield. In this paper, the main production data is used in Jilin province in recent decades, the application of time series analysis method of comparative study, in order to serve agriculture and choose a more accurate prediction of time series model in recent years of maize yield in Jilin province. The results showed that ARIMA (2,1,1) could correctly simulate and forecast the products of maize, providing an important method for accurately predicting the yield in formation of agricultural products.
