Abstract: To predict the concentration of dissolved gas in transformer oil, and then realize the transformer latent fault prediction, can effectively prevent unnecessary loss caused by the transformer faults .In order to improve the transformer fault prediction ability,this paper proposes a new transformer fault prediction model--Regular Extreme Learning Machine (RELM) prediction model。RELM algorithm introduce structure risk minimization principle on the basis of traditional ELM, using the balance factor to weigh the empirical risk and the risk of structure size, further enhance the generalization performance of ELM. Verified by examples, the proposed prediction model based on the RELM in this paper achieve better generalization performance and prediction accuracy in the forecast of gases concentration dissolved in transformer oil.

Abstract: The automatic identification of thermography defects is one of important targets of infrared nondestructive testing technology. The analysis of thermal images based on the principle of Hough transform not only can reduce the workload of identification through human beings' eyes, but also can improve the accuracy of defect identification and improve the work efficiency. The paper introduces the basic principle of Hough transform, realizes the testing for the linear defects in images through MATLAB simulation experiment, and describes the testing of other geometric figures under Hough transfer.

Abstract: In this paper, a real time system based on ARM11 is designed to monitor the indoor air quality (IAQ) which includes the temperature, humidity and soot concentration. The system contains acquisition terminal and control terminal, and the two parts communicate through the wireless channel. The main function of the former is to collect IAQ indicators, while that of the later is to analyze and process the indicators collected, display the corresponding results. To effectively prompt or alarm the user, the core control unit of the control terminal creates corresponding control commands and texts to the speech synthesis chip which will drive the loudspeaker to sound. Hence, it plays an important role on the monitoring of the IAQ.

Abstract: Pedestrian Dead Reckoning (PDR) is a core component in pedestrian navigation. Usually, PDR algorithms use the current position and movement information to figure out position in the future in order to accomplish the navigation task. Step detection, as a basic portion of PDR, is significant for the implementation of Pedestrian Navigation. In this paper, a step detection algorithm is designed based on the existing research in the relative area. To improve accuracy, the algorithm involves a Fast Fourier Transformation (FFT) for optimizing. At last, an experiment is conducted for this algorithm, and the error rate of step detection is less than 1%.

Abstract: The remote monitoring system of elevator is an important tool to improve the service quality of safety operation of elevator. This paper studies the elevator monitoring system based on Zigbee, which uses MCU to control the operation of elevator model, transmits operation informations of the elevator model to the PC monitoring system with information transmission module of Zigbee, and displays and queries basic informations and operation status informations of elevator. The communication of the Zigbee module and MCU needs to convert the voltage value of transmission signal. In this paper, the design of remote monitoring system of elevator based on Zigbee has certain reference significance for the research on the elevator remote monitoring system.

Abstract: A detailed study on modeling and simulation of anti-ship missile terminal guidance radar whole work process, such as target echo, environmental clutter, electronic jamming ,signal processing and data processing etc, is made in this paper.On this basis, an anti-ship missile attack-defense confrontation simulation system is developed to realize the verification of anti-ship missile attack-defense confrontation ability. The application of this simulation system proves that the efficiency of the military training is improved and the cost of training is cut down.

Abstract: An identifiable model based on near-infrared spectra (NIR) was proposed to distinguish the classification of greengrocery seeds. The performance of five pretreatment methods: Original, Smoothing, MSC (Multiplication scatter correction), SNV (Standard Normalized Variable) and FD (First Derivative) were utilized to reduce the noise in the original spectrum. The effective wavelengths were selected to remove the redundancy existing in the spectra by simulating stepwise regression. The performances of the model were optimized by the combination of pretreatments and effective wavelengths selection in this paper. Compared with the five pretreatment methods, SNV was superior to other methods with an accuracy of 100%. It is concluded that SNV coupled with simulating stepwise regression could be used to identify greengrocery seeds effectively.

Abstract: This paper puts forward a kind of radar moving target detection system based on single chip of field programmable gate array (FPGA), including the input buffer, string and transformation, window function, Doppler filter group, the constant false alarm and output caching function modules. Doppler filter group is 16 point FIR filter direct filtering method, constant false alarm circuit adopts alarm circuit which choose larger in the average of adjacent cells. The experimental results show that the moving target detection system can effectively detect targets. Compared with traditional system performance this method is more stable and has stronger anti-interference ability.

Abstract: Linear canonical transformation is a new signal processing tools developing in recent years. As a unified multi-parameter linear integral transform, linear canonical transformation has its unique advantages when dealing with non-stationary signal. However, from the existing literatures, the basic theoretical system is not perfect, some of the theories associated with signal processing needs to be further established or strengthened, the research of linear canonical transformation has important theoretical significance and practical significance, but linear canonical transformation needs a lot of calculation, it is not like Fourier transform, fractional Fourier transform, Fresnel transform and scale operator, they have already been widely used in various fields of expertise, in order to reduce the amount of calculation, this paper puts forward a fast algorithm which uses duality theorem of linear canonical transformation to reduce the amount of calculation, it can quickly complete the operation when we use linear canonical transformation to process the signal during radar signal processing, the time for normal algorithm is 5s, the fast algorithm needs only 0.2s.
