Abstract: In order to accurately collect the environmental parameters (such as temperature, humidity, illumination, etc.), which influence growth of greenhouse crops, the paper proposed a design for greenhouse environment monitoring based on CAN bus and wireless sensor networks (WSNs). The communication network of the system consists of two parts: the backbone network being constructed by CAN bus and area network being constructed by WSNs. At the same time, the designed of hardware and software about the system is illustrated in detail. System architecture indicates that the system is an effective solution for greenhouse environment monitoring.

Abstract: Aiming at traditional methods cannot get good performance in noisy environments, an improved method for pitch detection was proposed. In this method, noisy speech was enhanced by using wiener filtering at first, and then analyzing linear prediction residual and power spectrum reprocessing, the feature of weighted residual power spectrum reprocessing was extracted to detect speech pitch period. Experimental results indicate that the proposed pitch detection method has higher reliability with lower computational complexity. It can detect pitch more accurately in low SNR environments and has better robustness.

Abstract: In some practical application of target recognition with sensors, the sensors will give the recognition sequence of targets, which is more detailed than the single recognition result. How to properly construct the basic probability assignment by the recognition sequence becomes the key to successful application of evidence theory. For the recognition sequence of the target recognition results of general sensor is incomplete, and the importance of the types in the recognition sequence is in descending order, this paper proposes a method to construct weights of recognition sequence, the basic probability assignments constructed by the weights are closer to the real recognition results. Simulation results show that this method is more reasonable and effective than the method of contrast.

Abstract: The armature trigger position of multi-stage electromagnetic coil gun has great influence on the exit velocity of projectile. The energy conversion efficiency of the coil gun can be improved effectively if the armature is triggered in the optimum position. So it is important to detect the projectile position in time. Several typical electrical and optical methods for position detection are summarized in this paper. The advantages and disadvantages of each method are analyzed and evaluated. And a new laser scattering measurement method is proposed. Results show that optical detection method is simple and easy to implement, but it is susceptible to environmental impacts.

Abstract: In this study by analyzing the types and characteristics of intelligent building, this paper expounds the intelligent building security automatic monitoring alarm system of layered structure: the presentation layer, control layer, processing layer, transport layer and execution layer, support layer, collected layer, describes the system composition: front-end information acquisition system, information transmission control system, information management system, automatic alarm system. The system can improve the efficiency of the intelligent building security.

Abstract: For soil excavated a section is needed to dig in the direction of gravity artificial when soil moisture sensor is mounted against the general, and the size of cross section is proportional to the depth of buried sensors, making it time-consuming, and the original soil moisture distribution structure is destroyed, resulting in error between the original soil moisture and measured soil moisture profile is larger. A installation device for soil moisture sensor was designed in this paper, which can efficiently, rapidly, conveniently installation soil moisture sensors in the layered soil profile, and greatly improves the efficiency of soil sensor installation.

Abstract: According to the principle of electromagnetic wave propagation and the model of radar multipath propagation, this paper established radar detection power model in natural space under the impact of sea clutter, and on condition that conducting simulations to study detection power of shore-based radars on different altitudes and different operating frequencies. Simulation results indicate that when the radar operating frequency is constant, with the erection height increases, the detection range will increase at the same time, while significantly reduced about blind region. When the radar erection height is constant, blind region is filled with radars working at C, S and X operating frequencies. The effect of blind filling is of great importance for adjacent bands. This paper provides theoretical reference analysis for radar detection power assessing and overall with a strong engineering application value.
